This is one of the best IT company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.In this company, work on multiple languages likeDot Net, php, Android, iOS, React Native, Angular, Java and etc.This companys environment is also good for everyone.

Very good company with powerful HR policies towards client and higher posting managers. Full of politics, excellent leave policy in which you have to ask to client and then company for leave, like office windows one by one.Caring towards employee’s health like, no facilities for work from home in the Corona spreading dangerous environment, no hand napkins in office premises, dirty washrooms etc. They will learn and apply only those policies and rules by which they can earn more, not the one which would be beneficial for all employees or their families. Like, for quartered leave policy they will cut the money on full day basis no leave remains, wont give the money on year end on full day basis there they will apply basic salary.Very dedicated company who don’t care about employee regarding anything and always will think and do which will be profited in terms of money.In their so called peaceful environment, and employee can grow so much that he can bear anything after that if he can bear this one.

Is not as you said.they will be spooling our future.yes i am the one those to without any reason given to me and saying you are not consider as a employer.whenever i was joining company at 1 st january that time hr/mentor was saying that we firstly take only training after 2-3 month completion training they will give me live project gor check our performance and give training score.but before they will give any project pandemic quarantine coming thats why they was not given me any but they can be given to me virtually/online but they cant.after 3 month hr called me and says your training score is low thats why we will not consider as a employer. I demand to report card but hr says i havent and i said to after giving live project you are judged methen why without given any live project or task judge me which based you judged.hr said that we are not actual report card but you are not good enough.without given any valid result they was fired me.So before join company think once and clarify to those thing.Because this company only big by status but actualy spoiler employees life

This company is best in terms Of HR policy and political working as they have one HR policy that they can change any policy whenever they want. So No one has rights to ask about anything. Even If you ask then you voice will be doomed by your senior hierarchy as they are a junior of their senior instead of a leader of their junior. They have changed their last best policy - 5 days working policy and now they have forced all SSEs to come on 2nd and 4th Saturday, and when anyone asks the reason they had answer like this is for our progress, our benefits. Rubbish one I ever heard.Now they are very concerned towards the employees health, so they have asked all to take health insurance. So that they can show to govt. an other companies that their all employees have health insurance.They have changed gratuity policy also, now the benefits tatvasoft is giving is very huge. Like, political study, HR and seniors who can force you for any policy change compulsory as your senior is firstly a junior of his senior regardless of what’s right or wrong. No one will notice anything even if you complaint or ask.

I am not exactly aware of this place but i have been here to deliver a book. The place has good elevation and great entrance. Also the reception waiting area is also nice and cool. You can have great work environment there. Well that was what i felt during my 15min visit

They call you for an inter view every thing goes well and at last they will say our hr will call you after that HR suddenly become mr.india they dont even there to inform what they are selected or not totally careless people

A very disappointing experience to sat the least. I lost invaluable time waiting for the Tatva team and programmers to deliver a working platform. After a very long time and about 12K the product was very deficient. To be fair, they did try their best, unfortunately their skills are very limited. My advice hire a high quality coding company. It will cost you more but at the end you will save on time and a lot of headaches. This is my honest assessment, hope this helps.

I went for an interview at tatvasoft, worst interview procedure i have ever seen.They have been taking practical and giving internet for reference and they have rejected my profile and gave me a reason that I have more reffered internet.Apart from this in website there was no mentioned of java developer requirements.Secondly they are only seeing operation neither code quality or architecture. Honestly I was not expecting this type of silly arguments at tatvasoft.

Full of politics, with parking issues, and water issues, HR policy towards management benefits always not for employees. Anywhere anyhow your senior or HR may dump from your job, if you will not be like puppet.They give very good facilities to their employees like,Very bad washrooms with lickage,Working day on election day for our nation progress,Bad leave policy.etc.

Very poor interviewing process,no specified reason for rejection.Delaying communication with the employeewhich resluts in frustration and unwanted outcome and in the end employee may lose other oppurtunities.

I was working in tatvasoft before 1 year and due to single project fail they said you have two option1) We will fire you2) Give your resignationIn case of fire we will give negative experience letter, so I have only 1 choice to give resignation.In their CMMI level yearly document review they are saying we never fire single employee. In HR round of selection they are saying Tatva has 0% fire rate.Not give good support to client also. They charge for full time dedicated tester and that tester has 5-6 project assign.********************Cheater Company************Hope this help to you save your time and money
