All real estate agencies in Ahmedabad are crooks including this one. Its all about duping people by building hype. They think people are mad and will buy anything at any price. Ahmedabad is not Mumbai or Bangalore. If these agencies could provide more transparent and better services than people would trust them more. Avoid these people

Very unprofessional. They brokered us a fully furnished flat on rent. The dining-table glass top was broken and covered with table cloth. We observed that after about 2 months. Futher, the chairs were already broken too. Shockingly they penalised us 4K as breakage charges while vacating.The agent who brokered our deal was unprofessional too. Displayed clear unwillingness to get things streamlined once commission was paid.@Space Management: Responding to your comment on timely reporting of the damage. It was Space Management’s job to have done all the checks and hand over the flat and furniture in good condition.
