I interned here for 11 weeks. The entire duration of internship was very useful for me and helped me gain practical knowledge about mutual funds and the role of a financial advisor. It also helped me develop managerial skills by managing an individual project and managing a team working on other projects at the same time. The experience helped me face and overcome challenges and develop a learning experience from the mistakes made.

It is the worst company, to do an internship. I myself have reviewed it 5 star earlier after getting forced by companys CEO, Praveen Jain.Firstly, it is totally one man owned company, dont believe its website or anything Praveen told. He is just hiring unpaid interns and making them do work for company or himself. Language used by him is totally unethical and unprofessional. Believe me, there would be absolutely 0 learning after this experience. It is better to not do any internship than doing it with this company.

Please dont go by these 5 star reviews. This person has fooled me and a lot of students when it comes to internships.. He must be penalised for coercing students to do hard labor. Mr. Jain doesnt even pay students for their efforts hes not at all professional.

I had wonderful experience working as Finance Intern for the firm. Being a IIM student myself, I feel learning which I got through this experience is unmatched to classroom learning. Interacting and Learning from Praveen Sir has been quite memorable experience for me. Work here is quite challenging and rewarding in its own sense.

I was a boy when I started this internship but it feels like I am becoming a man now. This journey of beautiful moments and experiences not only taught me about finance, operations, mutual funds, loans, different kinds of challenges in the financial industry but also about customer relations, responsibilities, handling stressful situations because of timeline commitments for delivering the best client services...the list goes on.There is a new challenge every day and hence a new learning experience. From being part of various Trainings, Fund Manager Meetings, presentations and conferences to getting involved in those insider talks and meetings, I never dreamt of experiencing this at such a young age.I am lucky to be under the guidance of Mr. Praveen Jain, Co-founder & CEO of the organization. He has got more than 20 years of experience in the field of finance, banking and wealth management. Nothing could be better than to learn from a person who has worked at one of the highest positions in various Multi National Banks like HSBC, Credit Suisse, etc. These few months with him and his team seem like few days but I believe its going to be worth more than years of any other experience.

Best place to work - Young yet Matured CompanyI have been working at Indian Wealth Management for more than six months as an intern . I learn many things from here that makes me very good in practical exposure to work. The culture of the company and the people that work here really make it a great place to work. Even the company provides flexible timings to work and free environment. Exciting place to work.

Hi, Myself Suraj Patel from Surendranagar.I learned the most important lesson while interning here. “Commitment is the only thing you’ll need, to be successful.” And this is the only thing that the organization demands.Everyone will help you in a different way, and the work allocation is done such that you never get bored.Praveen Sir have been someone to look up to for me. The commitment and passion with which he works, has taught a lot to me. He always guided me through these months. He was always available for all kind of help that I needed, during and after my internship. You will get an all-round perspective about how a business is run. Your decision making abilities will improve, you’ll get used to pressure situations and deadlines. After working here, I know I have better knowledge on how to deal within the corporate world and clients.I wish the company All the very best.

Hi, posting this review finished my over 6 month of interniship. Hope this helps you.Working in this firm has given me an overall perspective about the wealth management business. I was a finance intern, but along with the research work, I helped out in other departments too, which helped me in understanding the working of an organization. The whole place feels like home, and Mr Praveen Jain is always accessible for any kind of problems, even personal problems. Mr Praveen Jain only demands one thing i.e. the right attitude, the rest of all you can learn from him. Join only if you are hardworking and can commit yourself for a particular period of time.I signed the Bond and submitted my original marksheets on day one. When I asked them about this practice, I was explained that since I shall have exposure to work which is involving clients etc., it is necessary for firm to validate my background and keep the documents so that no one disappears or behave without commitment and there is a sense of discipline and responsibility by signing the Bond. The principals of patience, Integrity, being true and honest to clients, putting client first always and personalisation for each client whether big or small, these are the few things I shall carry with me. I wish the organisation all the success in the future. A suggestion, Pls increase the staff soon.
