So nice experience at the time of covid vaccine. The process was very smooth and staff was so helpful.

1. Approach towards patient handling is really bad. Even after the patients arrived for COVID vaccination, the staff (including incharge) went away saying its lunch time. In case of any ambulance arriving for emergency case, would lunch time still be on priority?2. No queue management. They will not ensure sequence of attending patients basis their arrival time.3. Poor maintenance of the property - seems cleaning is not done since months. Flies and mosquitoes all around.4. Ventilation is poor within the premises.

Bekar service poor management.. in-between they r sending their own known persons first.. I visited the hospital for vaccination, absolutely no facilities, hundreds of elderly people have to wait for long standing. Not worth for paid vaccination.Separate line for form filling, form submission, payment of fees etc. They need to be well organised.

Long wait, understaffed, overburdened.Went there for routine medical test. They dont have sufficient staff, no numbers allotted to patients and order needs to be maintained by patients.One nurse shuffles between ECG and gyneco. People with prior appointment, corporate employees are waiting.Very sad state of affairs.Part 2: its 2 PM (almost 2hours) and Im still waiting for my turn.

Lack of staff training for vaccine drive for Covid-19. All staff were using there mobile phones and nurse given the wrong vaccine - Covishield instead of Covaxin as it was my fathers first does. No responsibility were taken by authority. Totally wasted both doses. Dont go for any concern to Apollo Hospital at anywhere. Only money game.

I have not visited the said center, however Parimal Garden and Doctor House are near or opposite but if you consider it as a aerial distance. Those are landmark only.

Undoubtedly, both a sport centre and a car park would be of substantial importance to our area. They would both contribute immensely to respectively the health of the residents and alleviating the situation with parking. But the question is which one is needed more.To begin with, a sport centre would make happy the youngsters in our neighbourhood. They are the ones who are mainly attracted to such places. However, it would be of use not only to them. The new facilities could bring about improving the health of children and adults, as well, and keeping them fit and in good shape. Also, elderly people could benefit from a sport centre by joining clubs and activities appropriate for their age.On the other hand, a car park is badly needed by people doing their shopping in the area, especially at the market place. It is true they are having a problem finding a lot to park near it. The situation is particularly unpleasant at weekends when all the nearby streets are crammed with parked cars. This causes considerable inconvenience to the local people.In conclusion, if we compare the pluses for our community from both facilities, the advantages of a sport centre would outweigh, in my opinion, those of a car park. Although the latter is a necessity to be dealt with in the near future, the former is indeed needed more at the moment. The health of the community should be number one priority of the local authorities.

The worst experience ever at a hospital. Lost files and results, doctors trying to sell their own private clinics... and selling products they havent been approved for! For example liver specialist wanting to operate for umbilical hernia and bariatric surgeries..

Was not taken care properly and the medication provided was not proper. When cross checked found that it could have been cured but unnecessarily just to increase bill the case was dragged. We have prescription to support this.

WORST SCENARIO OF ROUND THE CLOCK SERVICE.Today morning at7.05 am we went for blood check. While reception was airy no one was around . Security person, in cabin outside main door said come at 8.00. On asking for duty officer, replied there is no duty officer. There was no contact details in and around reception, indicating emergency contact details. At 7.15 security person came on reception and phoned somebody who over fone instructed to collect sample. Although Foned twice, person from up stairs did not turn up for 10 mnts to collect sample. We had no option but to go for alternative.At an hospital claiming round the clock service Which fool, with morning experience, would even look at? ?

Hello, dear friends,I have heard about this hospital. I am really happy with this hospital( nurses and doctors) because thy are doing good service for others. Thats good.

The center of Apollo near parimal garden is very good, qualified doctors, supportive staff and the place is neat and clean.all medical facilities are available at reasonable rate.Parking facility is also available

The staff here are not well trained. Total chaos, miss management and lack of systems to help people doing rounds from one cabin to other for routine health check-ups. Today the X Ray machine was not working, the weighing scale isnt correct, there was no nurse in peak hours to help ladies for their ECG tests. To top it all the staff handling the reception and the consulting centre was very arrogant. She never passed on the info as to who were the higher ups, who could be approached to put up our grievances !! Avoid if possible...

Waste of time and money. Old infrastucture Unprofessional staff and Doctors are either not available or not knowledgable. Most of the people are visiting for medical check up sponsered by employer.
