Good supporting staff, well maintained and clean hotel. Nice to stay

I had a booking of deluxe room in Treatotel hotel on 2nd october.Giving reviews after checking out. Issues are stated below :-1. I got room no. 207 there the wooden flooring was making too much cranky noise while we walk normally in room. And in washroom washbasin was broken and havng cracks.2.Then they shifted me to room no. 209 and there the main 2 lights were not working I told them to repair it then i ll shift. After 10mins the staff said the lights are working now so on this basis i shifted to 209. But then later on i found that one of the main light was still not working. The reception and staff was already aware of that i was having an exam next day and i wanted to study. I had a talk with reception 4 to 5 times regarding light repair in 30 mins interval of each in afternoon. And they repaired it in evening. Provided the room was already having deficient light.3.In room 209 also the washroom washbasin was broken and havng cracks.4.They have uploaded misleading pictures of deluxe room on makemytrip. The pictures are mixed pictures of small and big size rooms.and as compared to pics they are giving small rooms in the name.of deluxe rooms. I objected on this point but the reception didnt responded well.5. Breakfast menu was not having variety as compared to other hotels of this range.And the taste and quality was not upto the mark.Hope you ll improve.

I really wanted to give ratings in minus but only bcoz reception staff behaved quite good and ready to listen to our problems so I am giving 1 star only bcoz of staff and their behaviour. I was so disappointed with these ppl as they discriminate on the basis of bookings. If u r booking rooms in this hotel through mmt after availing discount they vl give u room in such side of hotel where corridors are different (bad) and furnishings are bad in comparison to other rooms. And they vl give u small rooms with worst beddings and no quilt. They vl give u a blanket worst than indian railways wrapped around with bedsheets. Food was average.There were 3 rooms in which we students stayed after booking through mmt. And we have faced same issues. And yes they wont provide hot water for bath and cleanliness is not up to the mark. It was so sad to see that they r in the hospitality sector with no manners of hospitality,only money making is their prime concern, not the satisfaction of their customers. Just one advise to the @treatotel hotel: if u r not interested in giving discounts or dont want ppl to book through mmt pls do something about it, remove urself from mmt so that atleast ppl wont be deceived in such manner. Worst stay ever.

I love to stay here. This place is very good for family stay, food provided is little costly I think but nicely prepared & served. Staff is very friendly. Very Good ambience. I recommend this place to stay, specially if you are visiting Ahmedabad or nearby with family.

Service is very poor couldnt stand a night there the kettle was really dirty the bed was unsleepable room was very conjusted AC was non existant probably 15-20year old model and top it all of the staff was exceptionally rude and when my husband complaint about the kettle she(Reddhi one of the front staff) replied your room is basic one even her manager stood there and he hasnt said a word and her tone and behaviour is really really rude .

We stayed as part of a group in Feb 2020. Nice centrally located hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious and the staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Rajshree, Riddhi, Himanshu, who took care that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a centrally located value for money Hotel in Ahmedabad and enjoy great hospitality.

One of the best hospitality in the city with fine dining and great cuisines versed with well behaved staff and good at service. The suites have a good ambience and well maintained with timely room services and cleaning.

Good stay.But The room was on 5th floor but Front lift is accessible upto 4th,if you want to go upto 5th floor, service lift has to be used. and service lift is backside and not giving that premium feel that I have enjoyed a 3star experience.There is slight odor / Suffocation on the 5th Floor rooms.which can be improved.Location and Value for Money.

We had a lovely stay at Treatotel! The location is great, very close to drive in road and all other city points. Property is well maintained and the staff is extremely courteous. Room was excellent. Service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended!

Online charges 1385rps when we go there they ask for 2000rps lootere.. n costly meals

Its value for money. The breakfast buffet is only for 210 rupees after discount, which is really great since its an elaborate and fairly delicious breakfast. The staff is extra polite and prompt. The only issue is a little bit of stink in the washroom, the curtain separating the bath area wasnt very clean and the roof had moisture at a few places and needs to be re-painted I think.

Hotel doesnt have any privacy of guest...very ruse behavior by staff over sharing my details without informing me to someone els...

One of my relative is staying currently in this hotel. She is not able to move without even 2 persons help and came from London and staying in this hotel to meet us and local relatives. She is 72 and not sure when she would meet us and other relatives. But as per hotel policy visitors are not allowed. Never seen such type of policy. Whenever we go reception staff asking for ID card and telling is 5 min. Only. We are not going to meet prisoners, time duration is given and We are not robbers. WORST THING. We are coming to meet our relative . I dont recommend this hotel. Many good options available with customer friendly policies.

A very nice budget hotel in Ahmedabad. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.The restaurant has a variety of dishes and the food is good. The breakfast buffet was limited but good. They have egg options.The staff is very courteous and helpful.Highly recommended for stay in Ahmedabad.

The ambience is amazing! Plus u have the grand scale sterling hospital next to it which stands as an amazing landmark for any newbee here... Also the famous gurukul street kapda bazaar is nearest and every other recreational amminity is at quidistant.... It has parking and the rooms look spacious... There are also local eatery vendors on the outside street where u can enjoy local gujarati.. Khaatiyawadi food!

Its incredible!!!!First of all it was a reference given to us.But it is best den a five star property. All the amenities which a 5 star has. It was a good choice in fact a very good choice. The receptionist Miss Reedhi- incredible, professional , I can call her Miss perfecto, she was always yes for everything we ask, a well mannered, sweet polite hats off to the service u gave us,, the restaurant boy Mr. Pratap very perfect with good service and that food was delicious my first time where in I just love the veg food but intact Im non_veg but still it was just yummmmmmmmm... 😋.Last but not the least the best part was Miss perfecto Reedhi. Thanks for giving us a good memories

The hotel where I stayed for 23 days during my Troikaa pharma training. Entire hotel part was best including food, room, room service, Hall everything was so good especially the food😋. Even South Indian food🥣 is also served here along with Gujarati food🍱 and thats the best part.Really missing those days.Best affordable hotel you will find in Ahmedabad.

The best hotel during my stay in Ahmedabad. Exellent reception staff who offer great help. The rooms were clean, and room service was prompt as well. The place must have a legendary past but currently the services are not up to a mark of expectation built as one enter the premise. The staff at night hours seem incompetent and unprofessional. Room service food was good but morning breakfast delicacies were bogus like no one cares for service. Rooms are seemingly good but services are losing the quality. The mats and other furnishing items/ matresses are not well maintained. Toiletries dont include for morning kit/ shaving kit/sewing kit. In the corridor of 4th floor, one can have smells from the kitchen downstairs...! Key cards not available, spoons can enlighten the room power...!

It is a very good place.. i attended a family function food and banquet were on to the point.. car parking was not a problem.. valet parking was available cleanliness was maintained all the time when the function was going on!

Very third class guest services. During marriage function, we booked two rooms (even though we required just one) for our international guests. They did not allow us to meet them inside their rooms even though they were our guests. We tried lot to convince top management as well but they also did not allow us inside (even though we were paying for the room). Zero hospitality & no respect for guests. Stupid staff!

They do not provide water bottles when you check-in to their room. They charge you for it and insist on giving normal regular water in jug.

Decent rooms with oily floors, but really slow service. Havent tried the food yet but they have a limited menu.Asked for a print, took about 20 minutes to say it wont ever happen.Located right besides the hospital and a society that has Garba music blaring until 4am which wasnt informed at the time of check-in.When requested for a room change at 3am, they did offer one but it wouldnt still sound proof the noise away.

Great place for corporate events

Everything from housekeeping to management was up to mark. They didn’t give us any chance to complain even in the stay of almost a month. Kudos to the staff for managing everything so nicely and special appreciation to Reddhi. Staff like her will definitely make your hotel feel proud.

Our stay was for 3 days..ambience was awesome...hotel rooms were decent and clean..hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful..breakfast buffet had alot of varieties which were good..live counters for dosa and omlette. One can find rickshaws easily outside the hotel for commuting to different places. parking is available for cars too.Mr karan singh, general manager of the hotel, deserves a special thanks who was very humble and gave us a helping hand during our checkout..and Mr Brijesh who cleared all our doubts over the phone before the bookings..overall a great experience..!!

I am adding this review just because of the poor service of front desk. At the hotel, they waited us for more than 1hr. Even though we accepted to wait there, the staff at front desk were not even bothered to take care of us, who reached there at early morning 7am. We already called them and asked about early check-in before booking to the hotel at late night on 29th Aug. Me and my wife, we were happy that theyre ready to give us early checkin. During the call, their front office person didnt tell about early checkin charges as well. Such a waste management that they even made us waited telling no room is available once we reached and later after I raised my concern, they all of a sudden told they can give for extra 500 rupees. I was angry that they didnt tell this before, even during the time we reached as well. Totally bad front office desk service. Only rating is for their room,which I am OK.  Cant recommend anybody to this hotel who wont tell about charges and cheat customers by saying they can provide comfort to customers.

We have previously stayed three times, know this is forth visit, but it is notice that no proper maintenance has been done, management should look into this.however property is good, good cleaning, but blanket must be replaced as this is very oldGood experience, staff is good, service, cleaning and sleep quality is also good.

I think Treatotel is old Property, need to renovate... They are still using very old style CFL lamps with Yellow light which gives a very dull feel.Bathrooms dont have exhaust fans... I fount Crochriches running on a tray near the minibar. Rooms are very tiny. They charge like 4star property. They provide RO Water / filtered Water in used bottles. I am a bit disappointed.

Big bang at small price. Great rooms. Nice staff. Parking facility also available. But its location is in interior. Also the road connecting the hotel passes through a very busy and heavy traffic market area. But its price is a killer one. At low price u get more than good quality of stay.

We had unlimited dinner.... 380 rs for 2 pax... Very pocket friendly ... Food was as ok as rate ..... Soup was excellent ... Starter was not fresh as we felt .... Baked macrony was delicious ..... Subji was horrible ... Naam was just like a rubber... Splendid gulab jamun ... Overall average experience.... Acc to rate food was average.....

At the time of Check In had informed Reception about my bad experience related to AC and wash room of last visit in Oct still i got room which had AC issue, No Hot water 11pm when I reached hotel, Remote damage, CFL Pathetic, Room lock did work due to which i had to wait outside my room for 15 mins followed by 10 mins for battery change for door lock. Glass of Vent Windows damage, bad odour in wash room from Wash basin and pipe.Refund or No Refund is your call but hotel should atleast respect guest feedback and act so the other guest dont face same issue but here it was on deaf ear.if you refund it is ok and if you dont no regrets but
