Novotel is the one of the best 5* property in Ahmedabad. And the crystal ballroom in Novotel well suited for the marriage functions, business meeting etc............. Staffs are very friendly.... And the hotel will always value the customers satisfaction...................... I had a good experience in Novotel Ahmedabad..............

Worst experience I ever had in my life. According to Hotel standard they didn’t mention the basic look. The chairs covers were all torn and stained. So does table cover. How come a Managemnt didn’t even bother to look into it. The staff must hv not trained to understand the standard of the hotel. Staff was running away from working and from responsibilities. Food was ok there was nothing great about it. My car was almost met accident, valet drove car in so rush tht he jumped the car from bump. This was terrible experience I had. I will not recommend those banquet to anyone.

Ballroom was very well maintained. Interior is up to mark as novotel standard. Overall it was a verygood experience to visit it.
