From my experience, i had my order not delivered to me by the courier because of lockdown. So they re-shipped the order again without any extra charges. Also I had one item that was damaged due to mishandling by courier. Upon notifying the same via email with the necessary proof of delivery, They immediately responded to my request and re-shipped a new item to replace the item damaged during shipping. Also at no extra cost. It was a professional service and I would recommend this store very much.

Available products are Good. But supplying cables have not their software attached with them. So cables ordered get wasted as compatible drivers not available even online & nor provided along with cable.

This is fraud shopping site. I ordered a product based on the listing but they send me half of the listed product. Moreover it was damaged product. When I raised the issue they refused to accept the fault and did not replace or refund. Avoid this store.Edit: One of the store guy called me and starts abusing me for leaving negative feedback instead of apologising for their mistake. Guys, learn how to talk to customer if you want to change a negative experience to positive. Im not gonna waste my time for a Rs. 320 refund.
