Worst experience ever. As i already purchased the washing machine 12 years ago. After having great service I purchased new washing machine today.When deliveryman came at my home, he told me you have to take this machine from their loader as they are not providing service to take them to my home.After that they also took delivery charge as they didn’t not tell me this at the time of payment.You should inform your customer at least about delivery charge as customer is giving thousands of money & you still not providing free delivery.It’s not fair.

Worst experience ever... If u not provide the satisfactory service to ur customer please dont sell product to any customers....i bought LG washing machine from Shakti ele. On 28.02.2019 and I got the delivery on 01.03.2019, at the time of delivery I told that person to put it at the place where it is easily use but he told me that tomorrow LG service engineer will come, he will unpack it and put it as u want so I agree and the next day LG service engineer came and he totally disagree to put it there... So he contact to Shakti ele. And hold his call and tell me Shakti ele. Representative will contact you soon regarding this and he left, after that I had a call from Shakti Ele. a lady her Name is mrs./miss Mala madam, she ask me 1000 Rs. To put that machine where I want and so rudely talking to me, (in one of previous rating comments one person written that un-experience or professional persons, I think they are unexperienced and also rude which is bad sign of dealship) and told that if u want then u have to pay it otherwise no option, I will not pay that charges as I already discussion at the time of purchase and also ask that deliver person but both are fail to provide services behalf of Shakti Ele.I request Shakti Ele to return back that machine if u dont provide the satisfactory service to ur customer as I will not pay any single Rs. Worst experience, fake commitment of staff. Never ever visit further... Cheat the customers. On 13th Aug. 2018 I paid full cash for my washing machine, I have asked him for Bajaj 0 % finance ( I have pre approved finance limits from Bajaj) , but he was insist me cash only. So I paid full cash ( might be he is not getting incentive or Bajaj will give him payment after 2._ 3 days) . Machine found damage when the demo person from co has unwrapped the box. So I register compaint to dealer sales executive Mr. Jaymin by ph. He informed that he will replace it asap. On 15th Aug he told.us that due to sales Rush delivery is not possible, on 16th he inform that due to rain fall delivery is not possible. On 17th when we call him he informed that the stock is not available, they have sold the stock - it means they are not giving priority who paid first. Mr. Jaymin also told me that they are selling refurb machine - so I told him that I have paid for new machine. So I think they are manuplating with machine.On 18th when we further call him he told us that we receive machine on 21st August.On 21st August I had call him 8 times after an hour or two & every time he told me that we receive the machine with in few hours , in my 4th call he told me that they are unloading the stock & then after he will send machine by 9.00 pm, further I call at Shakti Mr. nikunj attained my call & told me that delivery is not possible today. In my 8 calls every time I ask for the owner contact no but staff has not given me the number. So in my last call i told them that i would like to meet the owner & I am coming at showroom. At last in late evening I have gone at Shakti showroom which is 8 km far from my residence.When I reach at showroom i.dont find the sales.person Jaymin & Nikunj , I met the owner name Jay Patel he told me that his.executive health was not ok so he left for the day.When I just talk with Mr. Jay oi found that he was aware with all these situation. Later he told.me that by 22nd @1.00 pm I will get my fresh machine.While I dont receive the machine at 1.30p.m. I send msg to Mr. Jay ask him to reply me in written for.my machine delivery.In written he apologise & inform that the transporter has already left @ 11.30 but he stuck some where & by 2.00 pm I will get my machine. Just before 20 minutes means at 4.00 pm I received the replace machine. The time schedule.is.not logical as per committed by Mr. Jay because my resi is 8 km far from Shakti godown after so much pH calls & 2 time visit I just received my machine.During this pH calls I found the entire staff from top to bottom are not worried about customer service. They are not customer oriented. Immatured staff... No courtesy... No follow up by staff...I request other pls .. pls... Pls.. never ever visit this store, if you have importance of money u earned.I maid mistake to purchase from Shakti, from my view hope u dont do mistake.
