Spare parts are bought from elsewhere and are very expensive.Dont even own stock

Its not a repair shop, its a Chor Bazaar. They never buy spare parts, they just steal parts from one customers appliance and put them in another persons appliance. So they never are able to give a definite timeframe for repair work. They take your appliance and keep it forever, always promising to return it in one or two days. This goes on for months and then you give up and forget about it. Then they dismantle it and use your parts to repair other peoples appliances. Thats the reason some people have good experience and some bad, either you get a stolen part or your parts get stolen! What its gonna be in your case? You never know! Give them your appliance at the risk of never getting it back (they never return your unrepaired appliance either because it has now become parts).

Beware of good fake reviews. I was gonna go to repair my appliance but after reading reviews NO, NEVER! Also the reviews with low rating shows the truth about anything!

I dont know what the other reviewers problems are or how they approached the situation. But these guys are pretty good. They are straight with you - if it can be fixed they will let you know and for how much. I have not experienced rudeness from them on any of the three occasions.I just brought my samsung lcd tv to get fixed today. It cost me ₹1500. The samsung guys said ₹6257 or so. There is too much of a price difference to simply refuse these guys to fix your products. They are well. There may have been a few irregularities but you have to consider the owners perspective as well. They are not giving their point of view so these reviews are only one-sided.I am getting my washing machine fixed tomorrow as well. I will update and let it be known how the home service was.EDIT: OK. So the guy came to my place. But I didnt enjoy his demeanor - throwing stuff on the floor and I didnt think he was going to do much. I had to get a rubber pipe replaced because it was leaky. He said ₹250 for original pipe but I dont know what rubber pipe costs ₹250 and I was thinking of the additional costs of service. He also did not seem honorable enough to do entire servicing so I just replaced the pipe myself.Also the cost of the TV is high when I think about it. The work was removing and soldering two capacitors. I dont think that warrants ₹1500. But you live and learn. If you want to get things done you can come here. But it *is* pricey.

Worst Services. Plz dont follow fake reviews in google. In my scenario Samsung home theatre is been given for repair after week they say parts are not available and then repeated again and again.By 30 days they cant do anything and wasted our time.

Called them for a job. They kept giving me a time everyday for a week and never showed up. I spent a lot of time making sure I am home when they come and they neither showed up nor bothered to call and cancel. Pathetic service.

The worst experience and the shop keeper is a goon kind of person. He is very rude and started threatening on the phone as called him multiple times. He told me that do what ever you can I will not bring the part at your house. Had to take police at his shop for recovering my microwave parts. Dont deal with this pyscho

Very ridiculous serviceI gave them my Sony DVD home theater Dav-dz220 date was 4/1/2018Still today date 26/2/2018 he roaming around he’s shop.Every week I called them what’s the status of my system, and he reply me I am working on it and fix your system, Tomorrow you will be collect it. Some how I call them after two days he said IC PART ON THE WAY IN COURIER....every week when I call themAll the time he has this only this answer..Meanwhile NAMAN ELECTRONIC BASICALLY ALL THE TIME LIES.They have no sense regarding customer level.Around two months I was tired to call them Behind My home theater system....Finally today 26/2/2O18 I call them return my system and I picked up and went to Sony authorise service Center at ashram road. ( authorise Sony service center checked and resolve my home theater system at a time. )Do not go in Naman electronic service center..I waste my time behind Naman electronic.
