Worst experience.Jio Store looks and operates more like a local paan-shop than a mobile showroom of the market topper company.Even loss making companies like #Vodafone is having far better professional in ambience and service.The Jio Store allow entry to customers one by one . Its okay given the corona situation. But it is totally unprofessional that only a single staff operated this store and so customers are forced to wait in queue for a period as long as 45 minutes to 1 hour.I visited the Store for recharge. When I asked for print copy of my bill as I need to produce it at office, the store operatorer said that the he did not have paper roll in bill generating machine. I must say, he checked the drawers for rolls but couldnt find. I insisted upon printed copy. So, what he did was that he took blank piece of paper and penned down details of recharge plan and amount, and handed over the copy with store stamp and his sign. He did his level best but the question is why Jio is running their outlets in such shabby and unprofessional way when making stellar profits?Mukesh Ambani & the Team Jio, think of your customers and have them feel good experience visiting your Jio stores.

Lack of covid protocols and cleanliness. No MNP or recharge facilities. Seems they try to sell old fashioned, old stock jio phones. Staff also not careful and attentive to the customers. Surprised how and why such stores are running. Visit only if you want to waste your time and risk yourself in the place where covid protocols are not observed.

Jio Official store. Can buy new sim, new phone, jio phone etc..

Staff is very responsible and gentle.Staff makes sure of keeping distance between two persons in the store.Place is very easy to locate even for stranger.Staff makes sure that customers queries are solved.Place has a adequate parking space.Public transport is available very near by.

Staff are not cooperative

The staff is very responsive but it is almost always very crowded so proper attention is not provided to every customer. Yet if one wishes to avail any jio services or inquire about any upcoming plan or jio related service then you can visit this place without much thought.

Very bad experience I had at Reliance Jio Store. The person at store was not available and after he reached, he was nither ready to help.

Actually jio give u free or less rate then market but all the jio store have service like that. i dont recommend any one to buy this phone or take any service from jio-store. that just sold phone or equipment after that for any small work or any tiny service u have to go to service - center. ( i just want to buy a battery for jio- mobile and i spend almost 1 hour at service center. )BUY IF U HAVE A LOTS OF TIME AND U WANT TO WASTE IT IN JIO-STOE OR SERVICE CENTER.

When I was there to get my issue solved. I observed this guys didnt have any technical knowledge. They were so unprofessional and werent even able to solve my issue. I myself had to help them out. They didnt even know a thing and were unprofessional. I dont know why Jio hires this kind of guys. All they knew was Selling their Products, no technical knowledge. Im particularly very dissatisfied by Jio. While getting issue solved they even made us wait a lot and gossiping instead of doing their work..... Yeah, they were talking about PUBG.

The store is good. The location is on the 132 feet ring road so it is convenient to recharge your jio number with appropriate plan.
