Sales girl is not having proper knowledge about how to do the payment, When try call and made inquiry just receiving the call and cut it she is not even answer tried 5 times call. My review it about Brach not the product problem very disappointment from the sales girl of this branch.

Arrogant sales person, rude behaviour towards prospects, probably due to fact that it is company owned outlet and she had nothing to loose - even stated by the girl herself managing the shop. Seemed happy to talk to window shoppers rather than handling genuine enquiry..,., If in future ifb closes shop then such sales person would be the real reason....
