I came here to buy air conditioner. I selected one model. I was promised to deliver ac on next day.First dont believe what they say. First they said 3 to 4 days after finalizing model they said it can be deliver tomorrow. But in my case it was sunday next day so they said i hve to wait till Monday bcus installation doesnt happen on sunday due to holiday. After billing i placed installation request. Within 10min i got call from engineer tht wheather my ac is delivered or not. I told them it will deliver tomorrow.Engineer said no problem call me tomorrow after delivery.(Croma guys told me theres holiday on sunday.) After tht i called croma guy for time of installation which he provided me 12.30 pm. Ac didnt deliver on 12.30. Engineer came for installation buy ac not deliver so he left. Then i again called them they said 3pm. Ac also not delivered o 3pm. Engineer again came and left. Ac delivered @5pm. I called engineer and he said sir sunday half day.So installation will be done on monday. So due to croma guys i have to take half day on monday and get installation done. I think this is very careless. I called them about this and in anger told him to write review about this on google. He said i dont care. Do whatever you want.😑
