I want to share an experience of my mother, Hemlata Kothari.She had mild leg pain initially, that was diagnosed as Mild disc compression by other Doctor. She underwent physiotherapy.After wrongly done physiotherapy traction,she developed acute pain.At a day,she had severe unbearable pain.We called upon Stavya Spine for an Emergency appointment, where we got an appointment with Dr Ravi Ranjan Sir.Dr Ravi Ranjan clinically examined my mother and made Clinical judgment of L4-L5 Disc prolapse.She was given intramuscular injections.Still pain was of extreme intensity.We underwent MRI immediately.The MRI Scan was very aptly co-relating with Drs perfect Clinical judgement!We again went to Hospital and met Dr Ravi Ranjan again.Seeing severity of the case, Dr Bharat Dave Sir himself came and examined my mother, evenif he had quite busiest schedule.He continued all medicine and told us that mostly there will be no need of surgical intervention.He was very gentle and compassionate towards my mother. We started medicines as prescribed. Next day,her pain was much relieved. Dr Ravi Ranjan was also available on phone when needed. After 15 days, her pain is relieved mostly and all painkillers are stopped.Lots of normalcy has been regained.As a part of medical profession, i know how important it is, to get a honest and correct medical advise.Dr Bharat Dave sir and his team could have easily advised us to go for surgical intervention seeing the severity of pain and we would have been convinced also. And asked for totally bad rest with medicines of 20 days and if problem goes more severe than he will go for surgery. I came here as an attendant of my grandma. I recommend this hospital for spine and cervical surgery. Ten years back my father underwent surgery and at this time his lumbar 1 and 2 got bent. He observed that there is no change in hospitality and concern. All the staff members are interactive and caring. Doctors are kind - hearted. My father is in contact with Dr. Ajay Krishnan and Dr. Bharat Dave for such a long time. So, this shows there benevolent attitude towards patient.

Worst experience in hospital and of doctor Bharat Dave,They are not government hospital and not allowed to ask forAADHAR CARD details but they forced us to give it. When we asked about reason for that then they denied to say us.This is totally illegal. Honble supreme Court in judgment prohibited use of AADHAR CARD BY private authority. Then why they are asking for AADHAR CARD ? And that to without any fear of contempt of Honble SC judgement.Totally money minded doctor.1. Long time to give appointment takes of a month.2. We reached there at 12:00 and receptionist took 2000rs immediately but make us wait for 3:30 hrs.3. At 3:30 we allowed to go to assistant doctor, but he is look like nurse or compounder. He has no sense to Talk with patient. He wrote MRI and XRay. We already had that reports but he denied to check and forced us to go to their MRI /XRay center.4. Then we had to sit on queue for 3 hours and about 7:00PM we came back to hospital.5. Again we are told to wait. After 1:30 hr of waiting, we were called inside of cabin at 8:30 pm.6. But it was shocking for us that Dr. Bharat Dave came with flat face with arrogances. He didnt examined my mother. He even didnt look at to MRI. He didnt asked even XRay. Thus it was clear that he asked all MRI XRay just to earn money.7. Without even seeing any MRI XRay or past medication / treatment, he arrogantly insisted us to go for surgery and that to for two knees replacement and operation of spinal cord.8. My mother is able to walk and seat properly no other doctor say for surgery ,but this doctor didnt reply our query and simply told to take appointment for surgery9. We paid 2000rs , waited for more than 8:30 hours to meet him and about 1month of appointment time but he didnt even give us 2 minutes of time10. He is not caring for patients totally money mided seems like making patient fool to Capture more money.11. He bluntly said us that his medicine can cause heavy side effects and he has nothing to do with it. Thus shading off his shoulder from any kind of his mistake even. Do this look ethical practice?I am urging you beware of such kind of doctor, who dont have empathy towards the patient , not even considering his responsibility towards patient nor have courtesy to provide service of 2000 rs which he is already taken from patients .That day we wasted 10000rs by visiting this Dr Bharat Dave and came empty handed.Totally overrated doctor not worthy.

We got spine surgery of my father Jitendra Parekh done at Stavya. Our first encounter was with Dr. Birju Vyas.. Amazing doctor. Very Very Very positive and comforting.. Removed all anxieties of my father gave confidence to my father and very patiently heard his predicaments... Spent quality time in diagnosis… Later after all required tests, we were guided to meet Dr. Bharat Dave… Dr. Dave is by far the best spine surgeon in Gujarat and one with all probability one of the top 5 in India. He has got one of the finest team of senior doctors and surgeons.. Very humble, Positive demeanor, often call a spade-a-spade. Despite his busy schedule, he patiently heard my father’s problem and correctly diagnosed requirement for a spine surgery.. All was very conveniently scheduled and he was operated in a weeks time. Today my father, is fit and fine as if nothing happened..I am surprised when people are complaining here about the waiting time at Stavya. We are comfortable in waiting at Airports, Banks, Bus Stops, Concerts, and all other facilities, but conveniently complain here about waiting time at STAVYA. This waiting time is bound to happen if the doctor is an expert and trying to extend his knowledge and service to as many patients as possible. Yes, it does add a bit of discomfort to the patient, but try to understand that he Doctor too is always busy treating patients and not spending time for his personal leisure. The OPD at STAVYA starts in the Morning 8:00 AM till late night 10:00 PM at times. I mean how many genuine, specialized and renowned doctors do you know who have such stretched working hours..I see some negative comments about the front desk people managing appointments at STAVYA. Just see the pressure they have. When hundreds of patients every day pester them with their queries and many times behave rudely, they are bound to get frustrated.. I have personally noticed it.. Lets be considerate about them as well.. Mr. Vivek who sits at the front desk in Old building. Very helpful and selfless person. It was a homely experience, with all care takers, physiotherapist, visiting doctors took utmost care about the patient… the Canteen food quality was the icing on the cake..We are at times when the numbers of novice doctors are in abundance and expert surgeons are is limited quantity. When every orthopedician claims to operate spine injuries/ailments it gets tough to take a decision. I would strongly recommend that if it the problem is related to Spine, just blind foldedly go to STAVYA… Spine is a sensitive issue. Don’t let any other doctor touch it except Dr. Dave. I believe he must have positively operated more than 25000 patients. With such a surgery experience, you won’t get a better spine care than that at STAYVA.

Deal with a life long painful infection after surgery in Stavya just like my mother going through after a surgery in spine in this hospital. They dont care for patient if infection after surgery is due to negligence. You have to deal with it on your own if something goes wrong after surgery. I dont recommend anyone to go as they will not address your issue if surgery fails miserably and would also not guide you further action or treatment.

Ridiculous waiting time. No point of getting an appointment as u wont be seen by doc for 2 to 3 hours after your appointment time.Totally overrated place, u just treated like a number. Better to see another doc who actually has a time for patient.

I had read the reviews before planning a visit but unfortunate to have faced the same treatment. I had visited for my 80 year old mom on 31st Jan, who is diagonised with severe osteoporosis and was recommended to see a Spine surgeon.Inspite of having taken an appointment to see Dr Bharat Dave on 31st Jan, 11.30 am we had to wait for not less than 2 hours. Best part is hospital is interested to first collect a whooping registration fee of RS 2000 and make you wait endlessly.This has been one of my worst experience ever with a doctor who did not have the basic courtesy to sit and examine the patient and understand the history of her ailment. God knows why they take oath when they do not live upto what they promise while graduating.I was carrying all files and details of medication to check with the doctor but he kept standing and did not even check the previous history or current medication. Only interested to mint money by compeling the patient to go for Xrays and MRI at their centre. And on refusal to do MRI since mom is Asthamatic, he simply asked his assistant to write down some medicine, blutantly stating that medicines may do good, not sure but next visit - no emergency but should come with MRI / Xray reports.His staff who wrote down the medicine, when asked for the dosage of same, said the chemist will explain to you. The hospital does not even give you a file, was carrying the prescription and receipt loosely in hand.Think twice before planning a visit, am sure there would be better skilled, not so famous doctors who would treat you better than such bogus doctors. You pay 2000 consulting fee, wait for 2 hours and your consultation is over in less than 5 minutes ..

There is really a Good nursing staff,And well communicative staff At all wings of Hospital.

Excellent Staff and overall experience of Hospital was good. All staff was trained including housekeeping staff. Hospital atmosphere was very familiar.All Doctors are very special!!!!😊

My Self – Sushila K Goswami – Age 87 Years – I want to share information about Stavya Spine Hospital Mithakhali, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007. The staff & doctors over this hospital are very careless and have no respect for patient. On Emergency basis I reached to this hospital on 11th October – 2019 for my spine problem, in this case they should straightway start the treatment but they simply hanged me on Stretcher for over 4 hours in open place, they keep on saying Doctor will come soon and then they will check me, but after 4 hours Doctor came, examined me and told that my all bones are cracked, this is very ridiculous and improper way to answer the patient. The doctors and staff over this hospital are very irresponsible and arrogant- they don’t know how to treat the patient.According to me this one of the worst hospital.

Though I am unaware of the Service of the HospitalBut Dr Bharat Dave is one of the best Spine Surgeon in India.My mother who has complicated Spine problem and we were all afraid of the Surgery to be conducted at the age near to 80sBut was a successful one.Rather than going to Mumbai for Surgery people should visit him.As Dr.Bharat Dave Surgery cost is lower and the best one in India

Worst doctor and worst hospital, i have ever seen, they making foolish to people by waiting in queue. Big queue doesnt means they are good. They dont have a time to talk with patience, every time we go there, with appointment, Dr. Bharat dave dont have a time and always in hurry, (Dear doctor, please focus on patient not on Rs. 2000/- per patient).Dear Public, Please be aware from this kind of fundas, they are only money centric hospital and doctors.Thats all.Thanks

I have so much to say about stavya spine hospital and research institute (SSHRI) and specially Dr Bharat Dave the leader of stavya hospital.Being diagnosed with painful condition known as osteoblastoma (A bone tumor) at young age and at very rare site i.e cervical spine was biggest heart breaking moment of my life. Suffering from so severe pain for many days breaks you and wrecks you everytime.Then i met Dr. Bharat Dave, and realised that there is still hope, he made me feel comfortable and made my hopes up.Dr Bharat dave is just gem of a person. Belonging to same medical profession,i have seen him working from morning to night is just inspiration for me and many of us. His hard work and dedication towards his profession is simply the best. His intelligence, humbleness, cooperative nature, ability to understand patient condition and giving his best to manage it in the best way is outstanding. Finally i got successfully operated 2 years after my diagnosis.
