Ahmedabad Richfeels experience is very very bad, services is also not responsible, doctor is not sergen; Only he had completed course in trichology, however hes gives poor diagnosis and his behaviour is very bad, awkward and not responsible person (for like, staff, patients etc). Richfeel is didnt give salary to therapist ( even therapist have some problems) my 1 month salary didnt give till yet..

THEY ARE BIG FRAUDS. SPECIALLY LAKSHMI AT THE BORIVALI CLINIC. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE.

Very bad experience. Tottaly unprofessional people.They just dont want to listen to customers. Even head office customer care team did not care and cut the call.Not recommended at all.

Went for check up & doctor told me my hair is having problem because of protein. She says that Whey protein is a steroid! This is the level of knowledge of their doctors. And they keep harassing for a year about follow up via phone even though I told them clearly that Im no more interested.

Products and services are appreciable. I got significant improvement and change after availing their services. The only backlog is the tranfer of case between cities of different states doesnt happen smoothly

It is a complete waste of money and of time. Totally unqualified people.calling themselves doctors treat you. They first give you an exorbitant price for which, if desperate, you agree, or you can bargain and they bring down the cost unbelieveably low. Then they make you buy their own products and also try to sell you some medicines...... and it their so called treatment isnt working they will put it on some deficiency in your body. Horrible horrible experience!!!!!

I had a hair transplant surgery today at Richfeel.Right from staff, surgeon and nursing staff, all are very professional and polite.They completed the surgery very nicely and helped me with the information of post surgery care.Finally, my natural hair will be back in 8 to 10 months.

DO NOT GO TO RICHFEEL.Do not waste your money and believe whatever problem Richfeel doctors tell you.I was been told by doctor at Richfeel that I have incurable skin disease called psoriasis.I went to other 2 dermatologist for second opinion, and I dont have psoriasis.Richfeel has inexperience doctor, probably they are not even doctors. They dont tell their names and they dont give reports of test of hair sample taken.They sell very expensive medicines and oil which had nothing to do with any diseases. These medicines just contains generic things like amla, aleo vera and stuff.It is even 4 months now , I havent receive any reports of the test.I get call from Richfeel Team asking when would I go again for check up. Even though I tell them I dont have psoriasis (thats what Richfeel doctor said) still they call me again and again to visit.FRAUD! WASTE OF MONEY! BEWARE!Please Anyone who wants to complaint about fraud of RICHFEEL, please contact to Consumer Court.Such cheaters should be punish for playing with people and stealing money.

5/8/16. Just started my treatment this week. Doc was nice and asked everything about lifestyle and habits. I got hairfall and dandruff problem but doc says my problem is hair thinning. Sounds strange to me,hope he figure out thats this is only main problem not hairfall. Will post about the results after a month. Peace.

Dull experience , they take 10 hair as sample and examine it and give report which is of no great more diagnosis should be done for better result

Having a good experience with richfeel specifically Dr. Prakash.

Today i had appointment in Richfeel and im completly unsatisfied with clinic policy of treatment. Check up fees around 300 and medicine cost around 8000. No chip or outside medicines suggests or allowed. Patients have to take only their medicine (made by Richfield company itself) which are very costly. Doctor do only point to point conversation no sympathy no any suggestion regarding problem. I will not suggests to anyone for visit.

WEIRD DOCTOR WITH ZERO RESULTS...AFTER UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR 6 MONTHS FOR HAIRFALL REDUCTION AT SATELLITE CENTRE, AHMEDABAD . My case no is AH07217..., THERE WAS NO REDUCTION IN HAIRFALL..ON QUESTIONING the MAIN DOCTOR AFTER ^ MONTHS OF TREATMENT , WHAT THE DOCTOR TOLD ME WILL AMAZE YOU...its given below:-1)My hair quality is thin and so new hair growth is not possible 2) 20-30 strands hair fall is normal /day and nothing to worry 3) the treatment PBT is only for increasing blood circulation in the scalp..!! Now why did he prescribed me PBT then 6 months back as I had gone there for hair regrowth and not for blood circulation. ???Now .After having lost hair, time and money in such centre which advertises to be trichologist centre , I would advise people to not fall in a trap like me and prevent their hairs from being experimented with by such doctors Rest is your choice....regards,Himanshu

Dandruff is most persistent disease I even seen in my life. For 3 years I used anti dandruff shamoo and it came back once I stopped. My aunt used to rub lemon hard into my scalp saying it would work but it just dint get my dandruff away. Doctors couldn’t suggest a way out saying it was natural for dandruff to exist in one scalp. Tired I scratchd myself all the way when finally I made my mind to search a solution for myself. I search online and found richfeel trichologist clinci in my area. I made quick appointment & was lucky to get low cost consultation offer. When I went to the clinic they conduct detailed chec on my scalp that showed real time dandruff high resolution position in my hair. They further conduct lab analysis on my hair. Reports came after a week and my doctor explained me in detail that I have been having deficiency of vitamin B6 which caused dryness in my scalp. Also deficiency of selenium & iodine was identified that was causing hair loss, something which I never realised, but this was in early stages. The doctor told me about the treatment where I was prescribed vitamin & mineral supplement to consume for 2 months, TST therapy sittings for 4 weeks & external applications which would work on my hair & scalp problems. Its been over 4 months now, hair fall stopped in early stages, dandruff treatment had to be extended slightly on account of summer. Otherwise trichologist treatment has helped me positively.

Although i had heard all negative about Richfeel, i still made a point to visit the clinic for my hairfall issue. The doctor explained me in detail about my problem that happened to be Diffuse hair fall. They made a point to collect my hair samples and proceed with the treatment only after that. Post treatment that included medicines, my hair fall had reduced.

I had visited and consult but the person called doctor not look like doctor just trained instructor moreover nowhere written the degree of the doctor. I asked about doctor so they don’t reveal the name of doctor who operat the surgery. They just installed the machine to print note 😀😀
