He was very unresponsive and lacked proper communication. Didnt took my appointment seriously and wasted my time. I admit it was partly my own fault too and its bit of a stretch or rather immature-ish to drop 1 star for something so minor but i was really looking forward and was so excited that Ill finally be able to function normally once i get through this but nope instead got laughed at for my imaginery appointment which drained all my mental energy and will to push forward. Please be more responsive and engaging in future.

My husband consulted him for the 1st time and he was nice, prescribed sm medicine and reports for further treatment.. BUT when called after having reports, he jst didn’t listen anything nd told to w.app. We did it and he replied to continue with the medicines. Next day when my husband called him to ask if he is available at Shalby clinic, he talked very rudely, in an irresponsible manner, NOT like a doctor and DISCONNECTED phone call.So may he be very intelligent but behaviour wise he is not a good doctor. Worst experience!!I consulted him twice in person at SG Shalby where we got to talk to him for around 3-5 minutes after waiting for 1.5 hours. There we decided to have online consultations for next sessions where he provided his whatsapp number. We also had a consultation online once where he gave an appointment after lots of chasing, msgs and calls.. It was mentally too exhausting. We also transferred the consulting charges immediately to his account. He had put me on the dose of serta 25 and then serta 50 for PMDD, anxiety and depression..Now I am struggling since almost a month and he is not giving an appointment or responding to msgs. I msgd him several times about my severe condition and but he didn’t respond. Now, I am without medication since almost 20 days and facing a relapse due to sudden stoppage of medication. He doesn’t have any compassion for his patients. He lacks responsibility towards his patients. If you want to waste your money, time and worsen your mental health only then consult him.

By far the worst psychologist I have ever encountered. He didnt listened to my problem for even 30 seconds and just prescribed drugs. He did it every single time. I felt worse after his treatment. Also he is never on time and like I stated earlier, he never gave me more than 2 mins of his time. I didnt expected for a psychologist to be this terrible.I have been battling depression for many years now and dr. Kalrav, instead of helping me, he made it worse.
