Nursing Staff, service/cleaning staff and management is extremely cordial and polite. Food is home like, tasty, good and is always served warm. Staff behaviour is commendable in every way. Special thanks to the doctors for giving personal attention and care to the patients.Cons : Only issue is the cleanliness in the bathroom (unhygienic), some signs of cockroaches and fittings like jet spray, sink tap and shower do not work properly and needs repairing.Rest all is good.

My father was admitted in Bodyline hospital under very serious conditions. He was admitted for 9 days and underwent a major prostate surgery. Doctor Shailesh Shah was his surgeon and he is an outstanding doctor. He not only did the operation and treatment extremely successfully, he also gave utmost attention post surgery. He visited him in the room daily including Sunday and a Public holiday also (which generally doctors do not do) and he ensured my father is absolutely comfortable at every step. He kept us aware of his health condition on a day to day basis and explained us all the issues in as detailed manner as possible. We are very thankful of him.All the staff and services at Bodyline hospital are also very helpful, courteous and very very supportive.The nurses mainly (Kaynat and Dimple) were very patient and extremely polite. The ward-boys who were helping dad ( Raj and Jassu) were available the second we rang the bell from our room, be it day or middle of the night. They worked relentlessly smiling every single minute. Cleanliness of the hospital is also commendable. I have seen the staff washing the corridors with soap several times over and above the three times cleaning schedule they follow. Mitesh was the cleaning staff on our floor and his dedication and commitment is worth a big thanks.After so many positive points any small miss were happily ignored by us. Thank you Bodyline for getting my dad back on his feet. Thank you so much.

We went for my mothers gall bladder operation, we were ask at the reception that the operation would be free with ma card, he said yes it will free.took 950 rupees from us for file charge And then we went to the doctor, he started saying that the ma card does not work here for gall bladder . we do only kidney opartion , for gall bladder operation 40,000 will be paid. They was no treatment for my mother, and took 950 rupees to write the name on the file.Those who do not have money, only those people use the ma card. Notice was posted on the wall in the doctors cabin that ma card only for kideny treatment. When he could have told us this at the reception itself about ma card. Very bad experience
