The shell petrol pump is a good place for oil refilling/oil change for bikes.. people r helpful and quick at work..... The only thing I found awkward was that they ask u to get down from bike before filling petrol.... I dont understand the reason for it

Price is higher than Indian Oil but it is shell so its ok because It is recommended by Ferrari also So this location and Petroleum pump is good for Sarkhej people. but they did not accept online Payment ☹️ and My friend had only 100 INR cash so did have compromise. Very Bad experience, I have visited Shell Petrol pump 3 days back your petrol filling executive asked me to go in the office to swipe the card, I have asked them if four wheeler came what you can do, they said will swipe the card at petrol filling station, but for two wheeler you have to go in the office to swipe the card, I have crossed check the same with Ms Pinky she confirmed, Yes Sir it is our standard process.What a double standard you are showing towards customer.Feeling very bad due to your process.
