Could have given half star if Google allowed me.. worst after sell service I ever experienced.Bought an A.c few months back & within a month Im having some issue with it, so I have been trying to book servicing from last one week.. still no luck..

I generally don’t write reviews but in this case i had to, to save good people out there to save therm from this merchant’s terrible service.If you’re reading this review because you wanna buy something from their shop, do yourself a favour and don’t and i’m listing reasons and my story below.I’m sure you’ll get a clear idea why i’m saying this.This is 100% legit review and it’s gonna be long because it involves the whole incident, which happened with me so bear it with me for your own good because i’m not getting anything from this.So let’s get stared.I bought a Dell inspiron from their shop and after warranty period laptop had an issue with the Headphone Jack. Sometimes when headphones are plugged in and sound comes from the speaker this was the simple issue.I went to the shop and and explained the problem.They said put your laptop here and we will notify you when it’s ready. They called me after 4/5 hours and said laptop is ready take it.I went there and to took laptop and they charged me 300₹.I said fine and gave money to them but again after 3/4 days same problem happened and i came to know that they just uninstalled audio drivers and reinstalled it.I believe 300₹ is such a big price for that and I could have done that at my home.Again went to their store and repeated same problem and around 8:00 pm their engineer called me and said “There is nothing wrong with your laptop, why do you every time put it in our shop.”One more time went to shop and collected laptop.So After usage of 1 & half day same problem occurred again and this time i was so furious.Again went to the shop and told them the problem with rage and to my surprise the person i was taking to said “There is no problem in laptop, The problem is you because you paid 300₹ for service charge”Of course i paid you money to repair but you didn’t and in addition you’re speaking in high voice with customer what a douche.They said we’ll keep your laptop for 2 Days for testing and and i was like fine as long as my problem gets resolved.I went there after 3 days and checked laptop was working fine there.Came home and problem occurred again and this time i’m not going to their shop. Instead I’m gonna find another shop which has an experienced engineer and real understanding of a problems related to laptop.From the story you get the gist what i want to say but still I’m putting some reasons below to make sure you don’t buy anything from this shop.- Engineer don’t have have enough experience.- Staff don’t know how to talk to the customer.- Charges you heavily even for minor faults.- You repair something from their shop if same problem happens again and you go in their shop they see you like a monster.- They say they’ll call me whenever laptop’s ready but they did only 1st time when they’re getting money 2nd and 3rd time i had to call several times.- They look like professional but nobody in shop is professional believe me.So here I’m ending my review and again I’m saying “For god’s sake don’t go to this cheap place and waste your valuable time and hard earned money.”Thanks for reading and i hope you’re having an awesome day. ✌🏻
