I am giving ZERO Star Rating to Reliance and Godrej.Very poor Service.Reliance Digital Store at Prahladnagar has been sale faulty products and give wrong commitment. the service of the Reliance Digital is very poor. I buy refrigerator from there on 20th Jun- 20 the products name is Godrej Double door refrigerator. since first day I face problem in my refrigerator. So many complain I was register via Call, Email, and ResQ app. but till I didnt get any solution from there. their technicians havent any knowledge about product and their behaviour are very rood. Got this laptop from reliance. I loved their service and rate. Compare to all stores croma, vijay sales, sales india. They given me more 5% off on car payment. It was really good.But the thing which I doesnt like was the insurance and 2nd year additional warranty. They dont know which company insurance they are selling and they are selling service of Reliance and not of the respected laptop company. And if you want to take only insurance they will say no. Felt cheated at that point. Something like this not expected from Relaince.

A good wide range of products are available...most of the recent and latest products right from phones to tablets to laptops and accessories to home appliances, everything is here. Customer support staff is helpful and always recommend the best.

Good place to buy electronic items but you dont have Brands like Mi Readmi they should focus on service to the customers as they have limited staff and cannot attend customers properly

Worst service has been given from reliance digital after taking money they are not giving the product and make customers seat till hours of the branch manager nitin pandya has only work to sit in the ac cabin the manager have not a single time to checkout the customers issue they have only work to sit in cabin their team leader also have no responsibility to their customers worst service from them i will complain till higher level. I recommend to not to buy products from here.

This store is newly open in satellite area and as all the reliance shops have discounts this open also has good amount of discounts and the staff is also responsive and co-operative, biggest problem here is that they dont have Wifi to activate your laptop they need to use Hotspot that not good for a reliance store, they have wide range of products but not in all products like they dont have range in apple products, they have good range in Tv mostly have all the companies and all the range for LCD to Oled to Nano cell Displays

My experience is mixed at Reliance digital. Price wise the product prices are less compared to other sellers . Products are genuine conditions apply . Staff is not trained at all . If Reliance wants to stay in this business employees needs training in product knowledge etc. Thing I do not liked is billing system . This is second product purchase from reliance digital and in both the purchase the billing timing was more than 20 minutes . Overall less price compared to other sellers in the market .

The collection of fridge was good but they were sort of Air conditioner that time.

No promptness in Services.Will not recommend others as better other Options are available in City nearby within 1 km range and within 5 minutes distance from RD. I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator. I visited croma, 2 sales India store, vijay sales and authorised Samsung store also. But still could not find more variety than Reliance digital. There are some models which are not available even in authorised Samsung stores also. You have to visit Reliance digital only for that. Price is also almost same as offered by other stores. You can bargain and can get a reasonable discount. Had a small argument for delivery of product, otherwise the service is good. Covid 19 guidelines are followed. Nice store. Go for it.
