This is the worst company I ever been work with.....Appraisal month is April in the company. But they have not given appraisal in April month in last two years. They used to make it late as much as possible by giving false reasons.

Its been 2 years and i would suggest do not apply, this is worst company. their senior hr dont have manners to talk with employees.There is so much politics which done by Salesforce admin.overall bad experience.

Not recommended - Far away from being a dream companyI worked at Krish Compusoft Services full-time for more than a year.Pros1) Salary on time (7th date of the month)2) They have CMMI level 3 certificationCons1. HR will tell while hiring that we will give good hike in upcoming appraisal cycle & deal with low salary in HR round.2. Appraisal month is April in the company. But they have not given appraisal in April month in last two years. They used to make it late as much as possible by giving false reasons.3. Fake policy of doing performance analysis in every 3 months but at the time of appraisal they are imposing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) just to ruin your expectations of good appraisal.4. Upper level management & HR are not talking directly to individual employees.So employee will not get a chance to put his/her view.5. HR team is puppet of higher level management. I have not seen any helping hand from HR team. They always take decision which is beneficial to the company not employee.6. In Ahmedabad office - VP of the company smartly put his players at lead positions in all departments over the last few years. Those players are doing what he says. If you have good image in VPs mind you will be treated well otherwise you need to find new job.This is the history of this company. Every year many employees are giving resigns just due to above reason.Team leads has no rights, every decision is going to be taken by VP.7. Team lead will give you extra work & if you put your view then it will be consider as negative point straightaway. Team leader just want to distribute the workload but dont want to listen any reason from team members.8. PMO used to do the marketing that team must work hard specially on weekend to achieve the deadline of the project. As a PMO she is not taking care of estimations given by employees to finish the work.Now I am mentioning few rules they have:i) If you put resign within 3 months after appraisal then appraisal will not count in notice period. Means you will receive old salary for 2 months of notice period.ii) There is no rule to give money of your leave balance.iii) No compensation for extra hours of work.iv) They are counting holidays which are coming of Saturday and Sunday in yearly holiday list.

Its a great place with many opportunities and new challenges to work with for an individuals career endeavour.

When a company has terrible management, the team mates become great!Training is given on trivial things inspite of various levels of feedback to the management. Sometimes, it becomes a threat to the manager if the team os persistent to learn something new. This is because the company cant tolerate decentralized research activities. Therefore, Innovation is the last stone turned.Job security and career growth go hand in hand- you are not allowed to grow because of *politics*, and If you defend/demand, youll be shown the gate. This has been the trend for 5 years now. Salary/ appraisals follow the same road as growth. Travel: Youd be sent to the headquarters on a business visa, but neither the pay nor the work is treated that way.GREAT !#spiderdunia #beaubhavik
