For someone like me who enjoys morning fresh air and sunlight, Adani Elysium apartments are quite ideal. All apartments at Adani Elysium are open from three sides and allow more fresh air and sunlight to enter. This interesting approach by Adani Realty is quintessential for people looking for well-ventilated apartments. My 3 BHK on the 14th floor is very spacious and stays ventilated 24/7. The picturesque view of the surroundings is another benefit of staying here. All the buildings are surrounded by lush green gardens from all sides where I can go for an evening or a morning walk. The best part is my guests love this area whenever they visit. They spend most of the evenings in the gardens. Both my daughters completely loved this place the day they arrived. There is also a dedicated kid’s play area for tiny tots to enjoy and play with other kids of the society.

Awesome property, good location and nice ambience and peaceful place to live. Only thing is that it is far away from the city. Else if you have your private vehicle then its an awesome place.

The location was really good. The apartments I saw lack balcony and the design was not as expected from Adani. The rooms were of good size but the windows and the room design makes it feel small and closed

Ahmedabad’s Pride. Adani Shantigram. Really this reality developer make a history. So big scheme. So neat n clean. So very well build up area. Very well mantain Jain temple. One of most popular club Belvedere is also there. I just love to go this place again n again. It’s really too good.

Good n affordable flat semi luxurious in budget

Have been living here for last 2 years and the township is very well maintained with a good cosmopolitan crowd. The greenery makes living here a very welcome change from the concrete jungle in other parts of the city.

Located in Adani shatigram, this is a good residential apartment complex.

Poorly designed flats and the facilities. Those who have no experience in multi-storey building may like it at the beginning later they will curse them self for choosing Elysium blocks.Elysium blocks are poorly designed by the architects who is not well versed with designing multi-storey apartments.I had bitter experience with my flat which is in the ELYSIUM BLOCKS. The plumbing jobs are so poorly designed and the water pressure to individual flats are not controllable. Due to high pressure the pipes lines get bursting causing innumerable problems to the residents. They should have provided pressure control and Flow control valves to each flats waterlines.This itself clearly shows that the inexperienced architectural design. The bathroom floors and bedroom floor is just 10MM Height difference which causes even one full bucket water is tilted in the bathroom by children causing water flows in the bedroom. The flexible hoses connecting the WC is bursting due to water pressure causing innumerable problems as well as the upper floor bathroom water exits line passing through lower floor bathroom and causing water leaks from the plumbing line These are all due to inexperienced architectural designers job. If he has seen the multi-storey building in Mumbai and it’s plumbing jobs he can learn how to design multi-storey buildings. Where I am staying in multi-storey building which is even 30 years old design has pressure control and flow control values in each flats. We never experience and problems oh pipes bursting. And the bathroom floor level is 2 inch lower than the bedrooms. Moreover the exhaust fan provisions and windows are designed in wrong sides. Instead of providing exhaust fan over kitchen platforms they provided in opposite sides.The car parking facilities and markings for entry and exit as well as the directions are not marked clearly to identify the exit and exit and tower ( Block) no marking. These itself show how poorly designed the building and cheated the flats owners.I strongly suggest not to put your hard earned money in Adani Shantigram. Even the Gujarat state housing board buildings are far better than the Adani Shantigram building.Even the roads at the entrance circle and other places are having plenty of pot holes and a lot of speed breakers Bumps without proper markings and warning boards. The roads are with potholes reminds our AMC roads now itself if the roads are maintained mean how will be the condition later. The bumps must have proper markings and multiple smaller bumps are required rather than large size bumps.

Good life at Adani shantigram.But Quilty of inside house is not proper after paying lakhs, not up to the mark construction.Check the images:- leakage in bathroom- low quality of electronics components used- Wall leakage is not controlled (after multiple complains)Building looks good but inside of the house is not reaching that level.Also, this is far (2.5 km approx)from SG highway commute is painful.

Its costly but beautiful with limited number of towers and other facilities like swimming pool, gym etc.

Nice place to live. Has ground, swimming pool etc. Part of Adani Shantigram Township which is a very well maintained Township. Has shopping complex nearby from where day today items can be bought. The society is still filling and not fully occupied. A bit away from Ahmedabad. Kind of mid point of Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. Near Concor Inland Container Depot.

A good construction can be seen here. With good ventilation and day light. A place also provide you a swimming pool, club house & a common lift between 2 neighbours 😁 .The building looks magnificent from outside as well as inside .I personally like the place because it gives you many more features .

Peace of mind place for living

Apartments are well designed. Overall cleanliness is impressive. Gym and pool facilities are nice. Downside - Lots of non residents keep roaming the facilities all throughout the day. Mostly construction guys since there is a lot of that going around still. Not too safe.Another downside is a lack of planning at the main entrance. The entrance cuts through a major road and requires a traffic signal if you have to come out and go towards the Vaishnodevi circle. As the population grows, this is a bit hairy for drivers, especially parents with little kids trying to cut through the intersection with trucks and buses coming at them at full speed.

Very good society, nicely build. Well planned architecture. Normal shopping mall is nearby. Transportation is problem. One cannot find any public bus, auto or rickshaw.Amenities are good and well maintained. It has nice swimming pool and indoor and outdoor activities space.

A heaven in the earth. A place that justifies its name. I stay on the Meadows. All amenities nearby. The club house and the pools are well maintained. A morning walk refreshes the soul.

In the adani santigram and in their residential area middle of this there is one football ground is there. Adani santigram is manage by adani foundation. This is a project developed by adani group. Beside housing their corporate headquarters it also has residential buildings. It is a gated community . There is in house swimming pool and games centre. Cycles r provided for in house commutes. A very beautiful club is located at 5 minute distance. This project is one hour drive from the main city abd railway station. Also it is one hour drive from airport. This project is located on SG highway and takes u to gandhidham.

It is a gated housing society complex developed by adanis. The area surrounding this complex are developed by adanis also. Though located an hours drive from railway station and the airport it is well connected by SG highways. It is self sufficient. Good vegetarian eating options available at a few minutes drive.

A normal residential apartments with better facilities. However if you need anything in urgent, you will not get it as the place is farthest from city and also from accessibility

Managed by Citrus Hotel group. My experience with citrus was pathetic in Pune and Mahabaleshwar. Service was fantastic here (UNBELIEVABLE).Food and Service was nice.

Its good but its too far from city .But talking about infrastructure, they have play grounds , pools, shipping complex with their colony, business places , etc. The apartments built there are solely for employees working at Adani group of industries. So they get 20% off if adanis employees buy an apartment there.For non Adani employees, they have to pay full price for the apartments there. There are spacious 2bhk & 2.5 BHK apartments there.People who travel to both Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar frequently, Adani shantigram is an excellent choice for your dream home.

And if you have a appartment in there you can also get main club membership in some discounts and thats coolest thing. It also has a huge playground. They use to celebrate all type of functions. Overall I just love Adani shantigram 🤩
