Bit odd experience, when owner having dastavrj and Index B , SCHEME is also 7 year old. Still they are asking for Builder stamp and sign. When meter already fix in flat . Surprisingly behavior and rule. Yes here would like to yell till 7 year my tent not useing Adani As they said Service issue Hoga than where to go? Now I really feel they are bit right on there statement. Request you please solve my issue

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The customer service executives are very rude and totally non co-operative. They have no respect to customer. I need to left the place without completing formalities for new connection because of only non co-operation of staff. When customer is ready to pay charges, deposit etc. the executives refuse to accept it. No worries, after all the loss of company not mine, because i decided not to start gas service of adani.

Service is not good. If bill not paid, they forced to pay fine Rs. 500 to concern customer. Their customer care person behaviour also rude. They forced to pay due amount with fined. Its a open corruption. No one gives real advice and no one is ready to provide concern officer for complain. So do not give choice for Adani company.

Two men had come to my residence for pipeline checking. I inquired for their authentication of Adani employee. They were confused. Had no card attached to their shirts. Finally one of them show me the card which he took out from his pocket. I gave him a pin to hold it on his shirt. This is required. Pl ensure in future. Train your employee for the same.

It was good support by their customer care executive. Even their waiting area plan is also good in this covid era. They are giving token from outside only and if waiting area is full we have to wait outside in open area which is good.. in waiting area they marked alternative chairs to not to use. Overall support and facility is good. 👍🏼

Very bad... and poor. because we complaint modification. almost 20 days passed no one is handling inquiry till today. less no of staff. my kitchen is closed sine last week. house is under renovation. without modification i could not start kitchen ...i had make request more than 5 to7 times.i will suggest Govt of Guj please provide another option in Gas. Because it is under emergency services. if they could not attain within 24 or 48 hours why only Adani Gas????

Hi,I have applied for new connection on 2-7-2020 and Cheque was cleared on 10-7-2020. On registration, i was told that maximum time is 90 days to install new connection. So I waited thinking that i will not have to remind them.I regretfully have to bring you to notice that my connection is still not done. Customer care people are rude in nature when i went to inform in person at Jodhpur Branch, Ahmedabad.One day, one engineer had directly come to apartment gate and asked for permission, unfortunately, at that moment of time nobody was home. They dont have any professionalism to call first and ask for availability.My experience with Adani Group is totally bad. I regret that i come to Adani group for this service.

I WILL RATE THEM 0 OR IN MINUS STAR IF SCOPE IS GIVEN. The most pathetic service by this people. We had opted for the connection and they gave it after 16 months of time after repeated complaints. We have all documents on paper and we can prove that they have never informed about the extra charges of pipeline in written any where before connection. During installation also their contractor said, over the ground pipe line is free with connection. After the installation was done, company sent a bill of 6150 for installation of pipeline. We have made three written complaints explaining our point but not ready to listen. We have lodged complaint with Consumer Education and Research Society and sent a notice to Adani Gas. Yet this shrewd people are not even answering the notice. This organization is like biggest mafia and always violating consumer interest. This is a serious down side of privatization of public services sector. Govt. also is responsible why such organizations behave the way they like.

I am trying to get new connection for gas pipeline from last one week. When I am visiting office then they are saying call to customer care and customer care not replying. Calling continue but after 1min or 2min they just hangup the call. Really pathetic service.

Very long queue of customers. Even if you want to collect form for new connection or name change form you have to waite for 30 minutes for this form collection which is not fair. There should be separate treatment/counter outside or inside office for this requirement.

Connection not done even after almost 2 months of laying the pipeline. Started to send invoices for the things which are not installed. I talked to customer care, the person was not ready to listen only he was arguing that they have signed documents. So this may be a handiwork of the contractor to show the company completion of work.

The place comprises of 2 rooms, the front room has waiting area, and the 2nd room has agents sitting in with computers with 1 chair available for customer to sit with each of those. Outside, theres always a security person. Waiting area has water dispenser.First, you need to create token for yourself from the token vending machine kept near the entrance in the first room itself. Due to token system the queues are managed well.Staff is polite. There were some customers shouting on those for problems related to the company, and not the ones to agents, but still the agents kept calm and responded them well.Due to queue, it takes a general waiting time of about 20 to 25 mins here.The drawback of the place is theres no parking space available nearby.

Never think about when your request will be closed or dont ask completion date. Specially if you are not living permanent dont go with Adani Gas they will take many days to reconnect gas or activate. Better you should apply for indane or bharat gas bottle. Customer support is so poor n very unprofessional worst than any other Govt office. Min 10 days for activation and if you unable to pick call they just close your request and you have to book it again and wait till another 10 days it is there priority for every time you call... Go for some other company. Dont take there connection its my opinion. Better you search other options.

They have only two customer help center in such a large city. In case you want to chnage name or any paperwork related work required then you need to go all the way to their office.I went to bodakdev branch. No parking space at all.Their process is very simple and organised hence my work was done in 10 min. Staff members are also very helpful.If company have such great process they should have small customer help center near by.
