The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation has opened an in-house facility to do the body-building work for its buses, at the GSRTCworkshop unit in Naroda. In the first phase, GSRTC will take up the building of 31 sleeper buses.The in-house facility was approved in 2017-18 and was on Friday reviewed by chief secretary J N Singh and GSRTC vice chairman and managing director Sonal Mishra. The officers said that since 2006-07, the government of Gujarat has been providing GSRTC grants to buy new buses. GSRTC has a large central workshop unit in Naroda. The workshop is accredited in accordance with the Central Motor Vehicle Rules for body building.

The staff members had adequate knowledge and they were very enthusiastic and in out visit they had explained us in core detail and motivated us also and we got a lot to know about the latest technology used for buses and they have upgraded safety in buses for driver also. I travelled in volvo pnr g27188103Behaviour of bus driver and staff very bad. They shout too much on one customer and also pushed him.Also they stopped bus at restaurant has very bad food quality. I check in google the restaurant has 1.6 star.There is no control of gsrtc on such staff.Very bad.

Yaa i visited it, internally too.Nice infrastructure but didnt see any kind of automation machines used for manufacturing of buses.

My name is jemin desai and i have booked the e-ticket for Ahwa. My PNR Number is: G5914263 and date of Journey is 22/01/2014 from Baroda. I just booked the ticket for sleeper class.Now the issue is at that day Gandhinagar - Ahwa bus came around 1hr late at baroda central bustand. And I booked the ticket for sleeper class and bus came at baroda central bus stand is seating class. and when I asked to bus conductor who is on duty for bus number:GJ18Z0048 not giving proper answer and even i have asked for complain booked then he told me that I have no any complain book so I just take the picture of bus which i am attached here with email.In addition, when i asked to inquiry box people to provide me the complaint book then first time they also told me that we dont have after making strong argument then provide me the complaint book but they said you can write the complain against us but nothing will happen so is this a way to talk with passenger? Even in GSRTC website there is no any authority people email addresses are there..
