I joined this company sometime ago, they selected me in the name of HR position and after joining they gave me other things to do, like calling and otner typing work, and when their purpose was fulfilled, Mr. Narengra gupta fired me in some 2 weeks Saying that they dont need employee right now and the due salary will be paid in 3 days which he paid 10 days later that too with unreasonable deduction and that too after calling him 10 times he was rude at the time of paying, who would like to have such a mentor for career guidance who himself dont have values in his own life..a very bad experience!

Kindly commit what you can provide and stop misbehaving with employees MR. NARENDRA GUPTAMr. Narendra Gupta who is known to be director of company who claims that he is an Ex- Employee of Adani and has closely worked with Mr. Adani; but its a big doubt after working for 3 months on one of there project known as Divya Kripa where they are commercialising temple and Pujas and other thing which they think there Idea is unique as they were the only one providing Darshan, Pooja, Prashad and your travel facilities. They also promised for a good amount of stipend; but after delivering of project they totally refused and negotiated to nominal amount of some 6000 INR.They take project as they are in always need of money and then they are having good family setup running all the thing there technical head is brother of Director as he use to call him BHAIYA where he use to take care of all technical queries and use to coordinate with there one of the company based out in Vadodara or Surat and they are the GEMS of the technology what ever the problem be they are always up with the solution and it was fantastic working with them but the director use to ruin the fun of working as he use to pressurise the technical director with unfeasible dates and then he use to bang his mind with us to make the project complete on or before deadline.They wont provide the salary on time and there use to be two employees Pooja and Jagruti they use to get there salary after 10-15 days of month ending. They left after few week when we completed our tenure but still they are listed on there website. They use to send the email to there client on the name of there ex-employees Jagruti, Rushabh and Pooja. You wont see JM Pant, Nanda Abhyankar ever visiting RN Inspire Services Pvt. Ltd. office. Palak, Yash, Komal, Urmi and I we all left around at the same time.
