Food was not as per Honest standards, honestly! Ordered a thali in train today. Dal was stale, sweet was mixed with dal. In the name of veg sabji, they served potato. And, by paneer sabji they meant cooked masala ( which they cook and keep for long time) and add 3-4 small paneer cubes. 2 stars given for hygiene ( hopefully they would be maintaining at production area) and for 3 chapaties & rice. Railway and Honest team should review the pricing. Rs 160 was way too high for the quality they provide.

Dont ever order from here..they didnt send half of the items saying it wasnt available..they didnt even inform us beforehand..inspite of charging for the whole order a lot of items were missing from our parcel.. extremely rude and arrogant behaviour of the staff..I wish I had read the reviews before!!

As far as I know Honest started with a road side lawry at law garden and today it has grown to multi-country, multi-city, multi-cuisine brand from Ahmedabad.I have been eating into various Honest outlets regularly. While going to Avad airport, I definitely take a break at airport circle outlet and feed my stomach.As it turned out, today was my bad day. Instead of going to my regular stop, I thought of trying Honest Thali at Kalupur railway station outlet. And O God, I felt like I am eating at some charity place. The food, taste, quality, quantity-everything was very very poor. I felt like I was eating a free charity dish at some roadside place.I couldnt find a zero star rating so there is one star. But Guys, please avoid this outlet.I would choose to die hungry next time but wont return to this place. Ever!!!There is an IRCTC outlet just beside it and I bet they must be serving better food than this Honest outlet.If Honest management dont look into this and do corrections, I am sure this outlet will send them back to law garden footpath from where they had started. And that too, soon.

Honest restaurant which is on platform, their service and food quality was not found up to mark, in fact they were serving the same watery sabji to their highly paid thali which I believe they also serve in cheap Janta Khana.There was considerable delay in providing some specific order made during the running thali.So overall this restaurant is definitely not for quality food lovers and one should only chose for emergency.

I ordered a Paneer Tikka Sandwich, it is not exist for them (may be not in their dictionary). No stuffing at all. Luckily order sandwich with Extra Cheese so finally eat a bread and cheese with chat Masala. Paneer Tikka was a Joke. Hope this helps!!! :)

(Do not order food)I had ordered one hakka noodles and paneertikka sandwich.I specially instruct not to use much oil in hakka noodles but they did exactly opposite. I was in travelling in train from somnath to ujjain, our train had a stop in ahemdabad for 20 minutes, I found this restaurant at ahmedabad railway station, and took their readily available packed thali costing 165 with taxes, the food they given was very disappointing, only 3 thin rotis without butter or ghee, also amount of sabji was very less, this is one of the worst restaurant I ever visited, such type of thali is not even offered by local bhojnayaly in 60 to 70 rupees.

You are targeting travelers and feel that there will be no repeat customers, so you just serve stale food. The thali tray is made from single use plastic, and so is the spoon. Was a good place near station. Had pav bhaji and dosa. Pav bhaji was good but not line Mumbai. Dosa was very good. Pineaaple juice was very nice. Place is clean and well maintained. The basun is a bit hard to reach. Has garbage box in way and also has water dispenser. The placement of hand wash could have been better. Overall a satisfying experience.

A good restaurant outside Railway station with a consistent taste and really wonderful quality. Its a bit on the expensive side though, as a single Pav Bhai would cost around 150/- but overall its a place worth experiencing when you have ample time left in hand and need quality food.

I had ordered Jain food well in advance in bandra bhavnagar train which reaches at 10:55pm. I had ordered for 2 pavbhaji , 1 kadi paneer , 2 club sandwich, 1 butter roti, 2 lacha paratha, 1 veg biryani, fresh mausambi juice.But I received 3 pav bhaji which I kept telling him over the phone repeatedly that i havent received bhaji to which he kept saying he has sent it which was quite frustrating. To which he said sent the parcel back , how is that possible when the train has left the station. How to eat paratha and roti is still a question mark.

The worst restaurant I have ever come across in my life. I request non Hindi speaking people never to visit this restaurant. The staffs are not at all cooperative. I ordered just a chole bhatture and a coffee. It took more than 30 minutes for them to get it ready. I had to remind the staffs more than 3 times about my order still with no response. I really feel sorry for everyone visiting Honest restaurant.

Do NOT buy food from Honest restuarant at Ahmedabad railway station. They provided me idly and sambar which was prepared the previous night. What they do is they heat the idly in oven and deliver to the customer which we assume is fresh. Also 3 small idly costs you Rs 64/- which is not worth. I am planning to take up the matter with Railway minister and irctc with wich they have tied up. You may end up going to HOSPITAL if you have food here. Have food at your own RISK.

I order 1 plate daal chawal, 2 butter roti & 1 plate chhole bhature. Food yucks and cashier behavior is very bad. When I place order he asked very politely but after we finished the food, he said sitting is not allowed here without placed the order and unplugg our phone from charger and said charging is not allowed. That was not acceptable at any restaurant I think. IRCTC before give your franchise of such worst restaurants please inspect time to time how they run the restaurant and how they provide customers service.

It was a Bad experience with low quality of food provided. We bought food in the hope, it is a renouned chain but the food was no better than other! No paneer pieces, only gravy, and other vegetables were also pathetic in terms of quality with only water in it.

The idly(a day before cooked-Hard like frissbee u can play) & sambar(they will give you hot -so that it does not give rotten smell) & you take along with narial ka chutney(They will make the chutney smaller by pushing the bottom inside- Ok is the remaining atleast worth it ? No you have to throw it for Dustbin). The restaurant should be named Dishonest and disgrace to food hotel.I will shortly update you about the Lunch.
