Excellent movie theatre in Himalayamall. Huge car parking. I watched in Special Lounge -46 seater . It was awesome. Electric recliner seats. Super clean washroom.

I always choose this place for movies as this has renovated and now have a great interior, ambiance, sound and display quality.

We enjoyed the 3D show and if was very good experience, the seating arrangement was perfect easily visible from every seats. The sound quality was super good. The screen and video quality was also very good. They provide 3D glasses for 3D show. Food is too costly. Keep water bottle with you, its also costly.

The aspect ratio is not maintained in the movies like you can see black lines on side even the colors are flat and even the brightness is not maintained. Not recommended for Hollywood movies and 3d movies.

Go and have fun. Basically its a mall in the mid of the Ahmedabad city. Parking lot is sufficient. Its not a big mall but here youll find almost every thing which a mall should have. Season discounts run through out the year on varieties of popular brands. Food court is also there to appease your hunger.After all you can have all the fun along with your family here. So guys have fun and enjoy yourself.

Watching movies here since last 6 month. I always have small popcorn n Coke combo. This time they denied. By stating that its available only on breakfast timings. No worries we have better option available in the city. U guys looking to cut the pocket rather then understanding the demand

They have made improvement to interior. Look great. But seating arrangement area seats needed to repaired or improved. They are broken.Movie quality and sound quality is good.

Newly renovated multiplex.. Very much better than the old one.. I saw movie almost after 10 years.. Last I saw Street Dancer 2 and before that I saw Sawariya in 2009. The place can be visited again..

Seats are great. Better than many of the cineplexes in Ahmadabad.screen is medium sized, not large but serves the purpose. Food menu is large but a bit costly. Parking is sufficiently large. Seated in a lively Himalayan mall , u have lot of option for shopping as well as attractions for children including a game zone to engage them. Only one complain/ suggestion : the 3d glasses they provide for 3d movies are extremely bad. Either u bring ur own 3d glasses or dont go for a 3d movie in this movie hall.

We went for the movie in ebony lounge and it was a pretty amazing experience overall. The seats were very comfortable and cushions were good too. The screen seemed small but it was cool overall. The staff would bring food to you so you really didnt need to get out of the seat at all.

Its a very old and one of the famous Cinema of Ahmedabad. Screen and sound system is good. Waiting lounge is also good and comfortable. Main thing is their cleanness in out side the screen area as well as toilets too. Overall we can say this is good Cinema for enjoy your day and watch new movies. Yeah thats true ticket prices are slightly high but it can be ignorable.

Good theatre and ambianceonly issue is exit part after finishing movie. u have to go all the way to stairs only. no access to lift available.

Cinema is good. Seating arrangement is good. Washroom is also clean. But 3d effect is not good. If you want good 3d experience then visit PVR Cinema. As it is in Himalaya mall you need to pay 30 rupees for parking also for four wheeler.

Outside auditorium, place is good. But seating comfort is totally absent. I couldnt watch movie properly due to damaged seats.

Large theatre halls, comfortable seats, good popcorn, nice sound system - what else you want for a good movie experience. And carnival is having all of these.Kids play area and a GameZone in the same mall is a plus.

This place is best to infrastructure wise and there are also food area.and also waiting area is most beautifull and 4 to 5 screen are available.

Good screen and also nice one while you think for 3d too. Good at a location in mid-city. But now at this place, we find some heavy traffic due to the metro rail project. Also to reach the 3rd floor you need some patience for a lift because here one 1 lift for transport.

Its good place and screen is big enough with good sounds but if you are a bit more on healthy side then it can be a bit hard for you.Free water served here is not of RO.it is like some normal water which is not good in taste

Carnival cinemas has a good interior that looks appealing but it heavily compromises on prerequisites of cinemas like comfortable seats (which were mediocre at best) which are found in times cinema and good toilets. Dont get me wrong toilet is well maintained but i have never ever seen toilet in a good place like atleast a cinema without partitions and that to me is just insane. The quality of film (which was joker) is phenomenal if they dont switch off pights and dont adjust to appropriate aspect ratio which in our case they didnt.

Carnival Cinema is in Himalaya mall The mall is deserted except for the cinemas and the big Bazaar and a few shops like McDonalds and more at the front. Not a popular place and the tickets are not that cheap either. People would rather prefer PVR cinemas at thaltej over this place any day. It shows most movies Hollywood and Bollywood but other than the fact that its closer to some people, I do not see any reason why someone would want to go there.

Its situated in the Himalaya mall. You have many options for foods and also movies as it is a multiplex. The sound and picture quality is best. A number one option for everyone if they get the tickets. Its not cheap, during weekends its quite expensive, but not more than PVR, so its worth it. If you planning to, dont have any doubts. It good.

It is near to my house so mostly I prefer to go to this place to watch new movies. After they have redesigned the theatre and interior it looks pretty good. I just have one little complain the seats are not very comfortable,they are narrow. Seats should be comfortable and broad as youre going to spend 2-2.5 hours on those seats. Screen is good and audio system is loud and clear.

The location of the theater is good but as far as the seats and the overall mall ambience is concerned, it is a bit dinghy. Its the most reasonable option for watching movies around that area but if you want a good movie or cinematic experience Id rather go to a PVR Acropolis or Cinepolis

Do not take the last row. Speakers sound odd from last row and when someone opens the door its very disturbing because the cinema itself is quite small. Though seats are above average.

Seats are not cleaned well and are damaged as well in some cases.Drinking water is not clean as well.Food is overpriced.

The lights in the screen where on even during the movie and there is no one to make sure if the film is going smoothly or not

Parking 4 wheeler is very difficult, cinema hall is quite okay, seems seats renovated, sound is perfect. For parking they charge too Rs.30.

I have watched so many movies over here with friends and family. This is very near to my office and situated at himalaya mall on the way to drive in cinema. I watched last movie Golkeri with my office friends.

Very nice movie experience with better picture and sound quality. Less pestering by snacks and cafe staff. Only thing I dont understand is why there is no partition in gents toilet.

This multiplex is located in drive in area. my son and i went there to watch the movie. Staff is very helpful and polite. It is a huge place. They have food court there too so you can have snacks thr but the prices are so high. Over all experience was good. Would love to go thr again.

3D glasses and 3D is a bit low(2star) I think so, overall experience is nice the clean cleanliness is good and the staff members are average you can go there with your family and enjoy the movie nicely if you are in a 2D but 3D I wouldnt say you should prefer the cinema for that they need to work on that perfectly.Otherwise the screens are really nice and sound-system are good-not the best.

The place has a fair enough ambience. But still comoact and sufficient. The seats could definitely get an upgrade as it was not at all comfortable and did not recline smoothly.

Situated at Himalaya Mall. So at an extremely crowded place. So if u plan to go here, be ready to face extreme traffic jams, moreover, metro project work is going on, adding to more conjunction. Mostly over crowded on weekends. So check that. Screens are big and sound effect is good enough. Seats are not so good if u buy silver ticket. Gold seats are good. Due to constant traffic conjunction, I would avoid this one over other options.
