Bogus customer approach. Whenever you call customer relationship manager, they say they are busy and will call back. That never happens.There was a time in 2015-17 when it was one of the finest. And now, it is one of the worst. I would strongly say DO NOT GO FOR CHANDAN HOUSE BRANCH

I always doubted Kotak Mahindra Bank but now its 2-3 Months, and I can say I am half satisfied and I wanna share my experiences with Kotak Mahindra Bank.I have contacted Kotak Helpline many times and they have responded very well with their caring efforts. The helpline itself is so easy, Yes they have a voice assistant on Calls, so you dont have to type. I like even the authentication process on Kotak Helpline. Then the executives interaction skill and helping attitude really got my attention.-Kotak Bank App is now very mature, It provides all the basic information about your account and linked accounts. You can easily access your statement from the app itself. Transfer money, Recharge, Pay your bills etc.-You can even apply for loan and credit card from the Bank App itself.(But still take advise with Representative)-I never had any issue with payments, OTP, online transaction etc.I am still customer of this Bank so If I got any Negative Point or Positive experiences, I will Surely Express Here.#ANKIT_SUDEGORA

Worst experience. They took 10 days and they havent opened my account yet. They took 50000 cheque and all necessary documents before 10 days to open my current account and not opened yet. Worst service. Arrogant staff. Highly not recommended

Cash deposit machine at only two points in entire Ahmedabad. One is not working and other is not available at any place. I roamed Bopal, shivranjani, bodakdev but nowhere to find it!! Disappointed

3 star for banks banking facility. Staff is bit lazy they will start doing for you once you shout on them. bitter but truth.

Very worst experience at only my starting relation with the bank.i have placed a demat account over here but none of his employee giving me the correct information i have to call them several times to get my balance back in my account but no one has idea wheres my money it already debited from my existing bank 2 days ago but still my money is not showing in kotak..i dont know what is happening over there...very horrible expierience.
