Good quality fuel with excellent customer service. All one one store inside petrol pump for basic needs while travelling. Car basic services are available like Oil checking, coolant and wiper services. Expensive fuel compared to other stations but worth to fuelup .

Stay away from this fuel pump if you do not want premium fuelPathetic They are only interested in selling premium fuelspecially for two wheeler there two filling point for premium fuel and two filling point for normal fuel from which only 1 will be operational and customers forced to stand in queue (found from filling guy this is advised by owner)this is unique even though we are paying 5 rs extra !!!!!!!!!!

Please dont go there after 8:45 PM they clearly say no to fill up the fuel.I think there is only 1 good pump between gota to adalaj and it should run 24 hr but they use to close early.

Only (when its less crowded)Must needed pump of this highway for the people traveling to Gandhinagar and students of Nirma university.Very much closer to the Shivas coffee bar.The best thing about this pump is that it has a mall within it so you can pick up some snacks or drinks while waiting here and enjoy the food here.

Unpredictable Petroleum pump, shut at 8.00 PM , 8.30 PM . No time , the reply by Pumps operating people are too arrogant. Never try to plan to fill. It may be close at any time.

Worst service provider in Shell Petrol Pumps. I had register complain on their complain book but after 2 months of waiting no response from any of Employees. When I went there to redeemed my offer they denied saying employees not available

Second consecutive worst service by shell petrol pump. When i asked about particular oil they said that it is available and the next day they tried to sell me another oil which i dont use for my car.They also told me that 5w30 is discontinued by shell though it is available on shell website.i will never recommend shell sg highway Ahmedabad Gujarat to anyone. It was closed for two days. strange. i would like to give minus star.

Nice place for hault like refuelling Nd coffee time. Fuel quality is awesome and no cheating in machine . You always get better quality’s and quantity. Service is nice. Staff is good but few will ask u fill for premium fuel for petrol Nd diesel.

This gas station is located on Highway 7. It is on the corner. The parking here is very big. The quality of the gas here is very good.

Nice service from staff...I am a regular customerI like the special line for power customer so thare is no chance to wait in line...but some time i need to wait for card swipe because there are need to park vehicle on side and go to cabin to give payment by card..so it feels so awkward..Everything is good but can make it better to best...Overall is good pump

Worst Service ever i have seen in petrol pump. Actually they run snacks store and serving petrol in their free time. Time pass you know.. they provide you everything apart from petrol. Payment service is like a hell.

Probably the worst service ever seen among all the Shell Petrol Pump I have visited...!! Staff usually sit in the office but no one comes to fill the air pressure in tyres...!! Even if we ask, they dont come saying that there is no one available right now...!!Additionally, if you pay via card, you have to go in the office by parking your car as they havent kept any wireless machines outside...!! Such a waste of time...!! Very poor management and untrained staff

Its danger issue there is not working washroom for jents.... Its too much harassment for and water is not coming in any washroom area....

Today i had made my tank full by shell petrol pump GotaIn plusar 220f it has just 15 litres tankin that case my tank got full in 16.300L × 78.600 Rs/LHow can be it possible when i have got just 15 litre tank then how can it go above 15 Litres of it !Poor in service n cheater too

Visited twice in a day but no Diesel available and tank filling and second time there was no power

Petrol pump functions only in day time and upto 10pm probably. Those who pays with the card, have to go all the way around the shop to pay as they are not utilising the window provided for the same. Over and above this theres a mini shop where you can have some snack.Two stars less because of inconvenience for card payment users.

Its close to my house ... Godrej garden city the closest petrol pump to it is about 2 kms towards Ahmedabad ..on the same side of the road ,and this pump is newly openrd keeping the compition in mind .... service is competitively good .... Though staffs are untrained...it better than its compitator
