Good ambience , Food was also good.I was afraid as I went on Sunday for a lunch but luckily there was no crowd and there were few seats available . One thing I didnt liked was I dont knw why they want us to leave the seats , whereas there was no crowd at all and were enough seats available. Coming to this place for the third time but had a very bad experience. The service was horrible, one dish had hair in it and the hygiene was terrible (here during COVID). Also saw a staff cleaning the cake refrigerator while placing his foot with shoes inside the fridge.

I heard high praises for this place and hence decided to visit it to celebrate my friends birthday over there.. The ambience for the place is good, which was the only redeeming factor of the place.. To start with seating arrangements, the table legs are so wide that it takes up all the ground space, leaving none for your feet. It felt uncomfortable just to seat and eat. Then we come to the food servers.. They seemed to work against their will.. We had to call them multiple times just to get service. We asked them the difference between two dishes and they had no clue.. One of them said, both taste similar.. Once the order was placed, they would treat you like family (sarcastically).. While just putting up the dishes, instead of just putting the dishes on table, they were giving it in our hand.. Then they forgot the spoons and when reminded, the waiter brought the spoons and instead of putting it on the table near the plates, he was admanant to hand all the spoons and fork together to my friend, so that she could serve it to everyone (See, treating like family). I seriously got better service than this from Jai Bhawani restaurants.. Finally the food arrived, and we were happy to see the food looked good, as you would be able to tell from the photos. But alas, we hoped too much.. The pizza was completely burnt from bottom, garlic bread tasted more like garlic toast and was dry and hard.. Pasta sauce tasted like paneer butter masala gravy was used instead of the pasta sauce.. Only good thing was the Pesto pasta.. Seriously guys, save your time and money and avoid this place altogether.. Visit it only for ambience.. Very disappointed.

One of the best cafe in town. Beautiful interiors and most friendly staff. They have best pizza, shake and mocktails on Sindhubhawan lane compared to other cafes. The most interesting thing is the sitting arrangements and decor. It feels like a top class cafe and it is one so are the prices of dishes but they are worth the value we pay. I recommend you to go and try those awesome dishes and meet the lovely staff. Would visit here again and again.

Its a new place in town.. looked very luxurious and a perfect setting for a royal dinner with family or couples.. really really great ambience.. totally jazzy.. mild music.. staff was very good and chivalrous.. the food was inexplicably good.. we ordered white sauce pasta with corns, mojitoes, cranberry juice in a bong glass everything was really good.. we went really late at around 10:45 and 11pm is the closing time but the restaurant still greeted us in unlike other restaurants.. they gave us a choice of dishes to choose from since the kitchen was closing and the food they prepared was really great..no disappointment.. we stayed sittes for long and the staff still stayed humble.. at the end the restaurant owners came in and personally asked us to review their food.. it was an amazing experience.. a must must must visit!!!

We ordered soups, mocktail drink, pizza 🍕, Lasagne.If you go to any restaurant or cafe, they will bring orders food in sequence but serving staff bought mocktail, soup and pizza 🍕 together. How can one serve all together ???So we politely said to take back pizza and later bring it. Soup was really good and soup serving bowl was excellent 👌. After soup we called for pizza, we had to give reminder 2-3 times , finally after that they served cold pizza, not hot, not warm , not Luke warm, they served COLD Pizza. We sent it back and to heat it and bring back, they bought microwaved and bought warm pizza, we any how started eating, awe the taste was bad. Then they bought luke warm Lasagne, we again sent it back to heat. After two reminders they bought warm Lasagne, by this time we had already given hope for any good service or good taste and lasagne was not at all tasty.I dont understand, if you dont have skill to make tasty food or any willingness to serve customers , why on Earth you have opened this cafe ??? Rather then cheating yourself and cheating on customers, better do something were you can put your heart 💓 and soul in it.Felt like going to consumer court 💔. Advice, if you want quality tasty food and good service , look somewhere else .

Today being a special day as my little ones birthday, we decided to go for dinner at this place. We have heard a lot from our group of friends. And let me tell you it has not disappointed a bit. I can check all the boxes including toilet. ( I am also going to review toilet from now onwards on all my reviews)Ambience: you will get fresh and young feeling the moment you enter. Good decor and cosy feeling interior will make you happy.Food: we ordered directly main course. Daal maska and Paneer lababdaar. Believe me it was excellent both in presentation and taste.Special mention is daal. It gave us good favour and well cooked daal was just awesome.Also ordered fresh watermelon juice, and it was without sugar and they followed instructions so carefully. I ordered without ice and they actually served without ice. ( At most places even if you instruct them they put cold water or ice for sure.Service : simply awesome ! Right from the time you enter, person greets you at the door. Than people are around to attend you every step. Choosing a table to making you comfortable. A most important thing, and I am cutting one star for this. The person who took our order was not aware of the preparation and in-depth menu details. Not acceptable from such a high standard place. Please improve then and train them owner.Pricing : ₹₹₹ quite reasonable and not very heavy as compared to premium place and service. Certainly better than 650s and poetrys of the world.Overall: Highly recommended place and would love to visit again and try other cuisines. This place has big screen for all the world cup lovers. It has really nice ambience and service is really good. I liked the way the food was served. Th place itself has a good aroma. Also the waiters were very polite and humble.We ordered pina colada and 🍋 mojito for beverages. Pina colada had slight coconut flavour which tasted very nice. We ordered chilly chicken. It had siracha sauce which was amazing. I love chilly chicken personally so I really liked it. It was crispy and well made. Next we had non veg lasagna. I couldnt take picture of it. But for all those who dont like much veggies can order this as it had small veggies and tasted good. I liked the taste all over. It was delicious.

The Eleven11 Restro Café really did live upto my expectations. The food is super amazing both vegetarian and non vegetarian. We ordered a variety of things and were not disappointed at all. We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup which was served in wodden bowls, a creative approach I must say. Then we ordered a variety of veg. and non veg. starters followed by white alfredo spaghetti which was all over good but it was a bit too tangy for my taste, otherwise it was superb even the presentation of every dish we ordered was nice so it was a delight even before we dug into the dishes. As it was my sisters birthday they were kind enough to manage a cake for her which btw was very tasty and I thank them for that.

Actual Rating 4.5Visited the place to try out the newly launched Sunday brunch. To start with, the ambience of the place surely leaves you spellbound. Have not seen many places in the city with such a splendid ambience. The seating is ultra luxurious and surely comfortable. On the food front, the brunch spread was pretty lavish and had more than 50 varities including gujarati, Punjabi, Italian, Chinese and Mexican cuisine. The best items being Chole Bhature, lasagne and Biryani. The desserts spread was pretty decent but surely tempting. Overall the place surely stands out in the category and a must visit place to enjoy great food in ultra modern interiors.

Poor service but with amazing ambience it as a big name tho in the sindhu bhavan cafe line little bit parking problem but it is regular on that road food was delicious and worth the cost of paid. They have this authentic food system but need to improve with their waiter quality which was very poor and not at all worth. The other branch of eleven 11 was fine near panjrapol....

A restro cafe having beautiful ambiance named 11 eleven is located at Sindhu-bhavan road. Ambiance and sitting arrangement was just superb.They use to serve vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The smell of non vegetarian food was just disgusting. As a pure vegetarian girl, I was unable to resist the smell. I’ve visited many restaurants serving veg and non veg food but never felt such smell.I tried loaded nachos supreme(2.75/5) which includes classic tortilla chips, khakhra, chora fali stick served with salsa, cheese sauce and saur cream. The taste was average. Price: Rs 265I also tried chole masala with crispy poori(2.75/5) which was also average in taste and poori was too oily. Price: 245Service was average.My experience was quite disappointing.

We went Eleven 11 on a busy Sunday. Though, they did not had all the tables full, the management is too poor. They can take more than 30 minutes to serve you even something that other restaurants would serve you in less than 10 mins. Their service is very very slow. Talking about food, we ordered Paneer Sizzler and it was not that great. Sorry but that is the fact. We ordered Chinese which was quite good. Overall a mediocre experience. I might not visit this place again.

Eleven11 Restro Café has great interiors with exposed brick walls, turquoise blue tiles, and lovely wood work on the ceiling. Beautiful wallpapers and chandeliers decorate this restro café and the gentle lighting gives it a lounge vibe.The service is quick, the restaurant has enough staff - mostly well trained. The food here is pretty good, too. We ordered Aglio Olio Penne, which was delicious. From the few punjabi options, we tried a Paneer Lababdar, which was tangy, well spiced and served hot; with Butter Naan, that was served soft and hot.

We ordered chicken wings, BBQ pizza and firehouse burger.The wings were not cooked properly and there was blood oozing out from it.... Had to return itThe pizza was more of tandoori chicken than BBQ pizza, but was okay....The burger as you can see was horrible... The chicken was not fried properly and the bread was stale and just breaking in the hands....After looking at the menu had lots of expectations but everything went down the drain!!
