Hello All!!My name is Rohit and I am an Interior Designer. I have an account on Id prop from around may be 6 months. I am not remember the time. Id Prop team send leads on my account even on my number also. One time someone call me also from id prop and she was saying that sir please open a lead we are providing around 25 leads in free of cost. But when I tried to open my leads its shows that renew your package. I called on 26/12/2017 at around 12:40 and I talk with a guy and he is representing him like he is god and we Architects and Interior Designers and Contractors are mad and nothing. He said you are a lier and we are the god and perfect thats why we never do fake commitments and all.. He said because of system error our system take 3 credits from you by mistake. Sometimes he said sir you spend 5 credits for view the leads. So I just said him if your system is facing error and technical issues are coming then you have to take care of us. Why you are not take care of us why you and your team are not take of our leads credits. Then he said I dont have time for waste and for give you solution. I will inactive your account and he abuse me too.........Now Its my request to all my Respected Architects , Interior Designer, Contractors please dont sign up here because they think that we all are nothing.. they think that we all are beggar and ask them for leads so we can survive... I am so sad when I listen this from the executive who is doing job as only a customer care executive.

There is lot of room for improvement. We should be able to track our buy leads.

Extremely annoyed by the frequent calls from ID prop. I am repeatedly telling them that please remove my data base from their server.
