Good hotel, but location is on city side. difficulty in finding cabs if you are in hurry. Will have to depend on Auto and wait. Otherwise good location. Good restaurant. Good Food.

Very nice place, i stay here for 2 days and it was lovely place view from window is very good reception staff was polite, professional and helpful in every possible way, breakfast buffet was tasty, hotel food was little bit costly, but overall it was very setisfide experience Im gonna suggest this place to my close ones and friends.

Sarovar is three star properties but I would given them 4 star rating. Lobby and passage need lighting improvement as its gives old and dull feeling. Its no frill hotel nice, clean and maintained. If you get at low price always grab it. For single occupacny and low price you may end up is smaller size room. Breakfast is good but limited spread. Overall good experience. If you compare with international brand like of IHG providing Holiday Inn Express; would prefer Sarovar any given day in terms of service and same quality you get.

Good Service, Trained staff, Good Food, all basic amenities, use of good quality in furniture, plumbing, sound proof windows etc. Overall Peace of mind.There are lesser staff members but services are still prompt.The breakfast buffet service continues and is good as ever.Both Veg & Non Veg Options available. Menu, though reduced in items, serves the purpose.The Standard Room size is a trifle small & is doable for 1 night stay.However, it is small for practical use.

Stay and food was good but the way GM of the hotel behaved with us was very upsetting. I am a frequent traveller and stayed un almost all the top hotels in india..but this was the worst experience i faced. I dont recommend this hotel just because the behaviour of Mr Riyaz. If top management is reading this review i would recommend you change your GM as early as possible if you want to retaim your customer.

The sevice was soo bad and it was very slow I wanted a dentel kit I waited for 5 hours for it and after that it did not come and then when I called it said it was chargable which hotel does who puts a dentel kit for money it was the worst experience

I stayed at couple of sarovar portico locations but Ahmedabad was nightmare. I dont recommend to stay there. In fact after this experience I am not gonna prefer at any Sarovar portico property. Rooms were good but service & staff were tough to deal with especially reception and senior person.

The service is the worst. For all the the things asked, it was denied giving covid norms excuses. The food is horrible and just limited options of food. Housekeeping is denied after 7pm. The room was hot as hell. No fridge was working. We are forced to sleep in dirty rooms. The staff on the phone is rude and has no hospitality to speak to people. In everything, only one excuse due to covid norms. Only the people who clean the room are polite n helpful. Mr. Rajesh at the reception was courteous to help with a few things. I would never recommend this hotel.

The rooms are nice and the location is very convenient. Its close to the airport, approx 20 mins. Its situated right next to the UNESCO world heritage site - the Ahmedabad old City. Then theres the riverfront you can view from most of the rooms and the new city is right across the river. The staff and service is pretty decent as well. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing and the overall food and room service quality is up to expectations.

I visited this place for my 50th birthday party.Dinner at this place was owsome.Its make my birthday memorable to everyone.I had taken soup to dessert and everything was so perfect that I couldnt explain.Then after I love this place.If you wants experienced and best food to eat with your family and friends.must try...

Hotel sarovar patrico near khanpur area Ahmedabad Gujarat is really awesome. The place is very classy 👌. The hotel has good space for parking vehicles. Even there is footpath which can be used for two vehicles parking. In outer their area there is good park with lots of green grass. Here people are served dining for patries of marriage or other function. Receiption area is also very large where people can chill or wait for while. I forget drink bar is situiated in basesment are which have its separate entrance. Bedroom are also spacious with good interior design and decorations. Bathrooms are modern and well cleaned. House keeping and cleaning staff was also good.

Staff and Service is excellent. Location is not so good. Food quality is excellent. Neat and clean rooms. Staff is always eager to serve. Central AC is effecient but control of AC is installed near entrance which is bit odd. It should be installed near bed so that can be used comfortabelly.Over all worth to stay.

The restaurant is located on the river bank. Looks fine. Rooms are cleaned and with every amenities you need. Restaurant is with a variety of choice. Complimentary breakfast is good. Staffs are nice but a little bit slow in service.

Very poor facilities. My safe inside the room was not working. It was replaced with another safe and again ot was dysfunctional. Room key card was not opening my door and I had to walk up and down to the reception to get it fixed. Water kettle was not working.Staff was polite. But except for the reception, none of then speak a word in English.Food was alright but the same food were offered daily.Just a horrible experience.

Happened to visit the Banquet Hall Samiana. Although its is in the basement of the hotel, the approach area and the hall are well lit and maintained. The hall is suitable for functions or events for 250+ audience. However, though the staffs are helpful, parking is still a problem due to lack of space. The hotel is a good option when the events & meetings are to be conducted in the heart of the city (old city).

At one point of time, it was the hotel in Ahmedabad. It was a towering figure on the banks of the river. As the establishments shifted towards the other side of the river and much beyond, it started loosing out a bit.It is quite a decent place to stay and enjoy the riverfront view. The food is quite good. The banquet and outside space is good enough to cater to the elitist. Some amenities may need a makeover though.

Excellent hotel, courteous staff. We reached the hotel at 2am and were hungry. The staff immediately made awesome dal khichadi and served with a smile and warmth. Always smiling and happy staff shows that the management cares for them. The housekeeping staff member, Chandan is excellent at what he does.
