Worst service ever. No consistency... electricity goes off every other day. Worst example and reflection of typical Indian government department.

Power cut since morning 7am. No one knows when the power will be back. In this time when everyone has work from home you cut the power for 6+ hrs without notifying. Horrible service.
The worst ever services I have experienced. Just go to the other side of city Torrent is just flawless and UGVCL horrible. Not only power fluctuation also the customer service and behaviour of staffs in office. In 21st century you will feel like dealing in 80s or 90s.
Very often power cut. Sometimes it takes 8 hours to back the power up. Average downtdown is 3-4 hours when power cut happens. Its not good service in city like Ahmedabad.

Worst staff. Ive made payment through Online still they disconnected electricity from our apartment. For 2 hours I waited but nobody came to fix it. I tried calling the given/mentioned number but nobody was answering. Then I went to GEB which was located in a very unsafe place in Bopal. I went there and asked the counter staff and they said that my payment is reflecting in their system and they should have not cut your electricity. Kindly register the complain. I went to the complain counter and there the staff said that your payment just reflected in our account and hence will fix your connection now. The liars and the lazy staff in complain counter. Most rude and unproffesional staff at GEB. Kindly have a look at the bill before disconnecting someones electricity. Only the security at GEB was nice and guided me the routes and the counters.
