Great Experience. Wonderful and extraordinary support from Jainam Shah (Trainer) and Disha Madam (Advisor) both are great. My knee was operated it resulted in to lack of confidence for doing simple things even. Jainam has helped me and motivate me that really helped me a lot to get my confidence back.. Only Marketing team is good. Trainers are good but they wont help you. They are more inclined towards girls. No discipline in the gym premises - people use outside shoes and gym owner does not say anything because he wants only money and does not want to loose members. It is too unhygienic. No maintenance of instruments. AC doesnt work properly. Place is small. And song they play as the attendants girlfriend left him. How can above all be there is gym. Very bad. I have left this gym in between. Gyming is later part, first the trainer and owner should be disciplined and make the premises a gym not gathering hall.

My experience is very nice in urban bodybuilder. Trainers are very co-operative and I got an excellent result in just one month.

I am in this gym since last 6 - 8 months and I feel so comfortable doing workout in such a friendly environment. Also trainers (especially Mr. Naresh/Mr. Jay/Mr. Jikesh and Ms. Gargi) are cooperative and helpful with all the members of the gym.
