Very nice place for school annual function. Very spacious good sitting arrangement. Also good for some charity, school or college drama. Since childhood so many times we visit there for school or college function. Good as a auditorium, sound system lighting parking space. Very good place

Having great experience of theater here as great sound system of bose company, air conditioning system and sitting arrangement.

Good hall with capacity of 1000 sitting but the problem is human voice sound recording sound play good birthday human voice in Gujarati drama little bit slow and also some mouse was running in first and second row which is called a and b. It looks like very old hall from outsideBut from inside it is not too much cold yes it is little old but ok condition. Also good facility for parking. Grease 2 floor for sitting ground floor and first floor is for others.

A good place for screenplay ,book inauguration and such small functions..Place is a bit congested as its an old building but can accommodate 500-700 people.Balcony seats are also available.Parking is also alloted here.Food beverages are available outside the hall.

Its is at middle of ashram road and ellisbridge point.Active place for art, dance, drama, and roleplay.Lots of new program are held here.Nice place to visit if you are live program and drama lover.

SEATING ARRANGEMENT IS OK LIKE OLD STYLE.

A place which has history and too many memories even my school annual function was here...but how much they try they cant maintain this properly. So many time renovated but still torn seats, torn carpet, it looks like a county theatre. They should manage it well and keep staff for that instead giving it completely to the organizers.

This hall is specially for huge programmes and the hall is very good from inside as well as centralized too. And there is garden also you can roam here there. Should prefer to go at morning

My daughter had participated in this Hall... By Her School (Sacred Flower School) Annual Function.. It have very comfortable space for any type of Funtions booking

It is quite a spacious hall with around 1100 seating capacity. Seats are utilitarian yet comfortable. Lighting and air-cooling are very effective. It was overall a satisfying experience of attending a seminar there.

This hall is located in shahibaug Ahmedabad. A very spacious place to held weddings, parties, exhibitions, seminars. This hall is in between of a residential area and shopping area. By near its there is petrol pump, temple and numbers of shopping center with every modern amenities. One should look forward to this place for events.

No proper seating arrangement. Many seating situation, you will see pillars. You can see mosquitoes around you in night hours. Sound system needs improvement. Not worthy to go for good dramas watching.

First thing first. This place is town hall. No one is using this Sheth XXX name.Hall is good. Hall consists more than two thousand seats.Cleaning is worst in washroom area. AUDA and management should really focus on that part. Curtain is also very old and dirty.

It is good capacity hall. This Sheth Mangaldas Girdharlal hall is with capacity of 1000 seats.Ground Floor and Upper Floor have well managed. The Air Conditioning cooking is good when that much of public gathering.

It was just a amazing hall where recently my school has organize the culture event 2020 where all the participants had done the stage breaking performances on the stage and all the people encourage to participants and have great fun there with all family and childrenI was able to given a work of school photography which was so amazing to celebrate the day as on 17th February 2020.The hall is so cool to have some functions or events in this hall it is almost around 1500people hall with lightening and disco stageI hope you will have a great information about this hall from Cheet RavalThanksYour lovelyCheet Raval :)

Only town hall at the middle of the city. Easy to reach. Settings arrangement needs to improve. Because at the extreme corner seat in each raw not seen any play activity . Only dialogue hear. Parking facility is nice & free of cost. Its sound system not very good. Needs to give attention by AMC auothrity. Eco type effect found during loude dialogue delivery.

Poor sons quality, between two raws absolutely zero tolerance, seats are also smaller then other halls. Parking spaces is enough.

This beautiful Art-Deco building, owned by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, was designed in the 1930’s by Claude Batley and built as a memorial to my grand-father, Sheth Mangaldas with funds collected by the citizens of Ahmedabad. It had been renovated in the 1960s by B.V.Doshi who chose to cover the wonderful dome by a false ceiling for acoustic reasons. We opened up the dome, made a large stone paved podium around the building, and endeavored to enhance the style and elegance of the original structure through design interpretations rather than doing a faithful restoration.

Good old place needs some facelift for this iconic place within the city.

The town hall is one of the places where u can attend cultural and religious events, but not enjoy them completely as the chairs are too stiff for anyone to fit in for a long time... Also, the music system is terrible as compared to its substitutes in the city... Plus, the atmosphere around is so dirty and the curtains and the carpet inside the hall are not maintained regularly i guess... Still the old system of balcony exists...

Sad to know that the town hall of city is not so well maintained at all..Need lot and lot of renivation and maintenance work to restablish its charm and beauty..!!

Very nice and well faciliated hall. It has Enough capacity of about 600* people. It is very useful and Good place for large functions, speeches etc. Also it is neat and tidy, Easily observable from a moving traffic and also has a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Nothing except name is good. Old name and you will see rough and uncomfortable chairs .. that also not have proper cushion . They can not be adjusted. The washroom are worse than a public utilities available by government . The AC of the hall is at its worst performance. The sound systems in a musical night was wrost of my life I had ever heard. Even the speaker at my home are better in sounds quality. So just say the bogas experience.

The place was a wreck. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible. It stinks so badly and even not a single seat was in proper shape. The lightings were bad , curtains were torned . It was a complete disaster.

It is 2nd biggest temple of Shree Jaggnathji bhavan after puri. Rathyatra festival is celebrated on Ashadi Bij ( Gujarati month) last 142 Years. Temple is also Very Big & Holy. They keep & maintain more than 20 Elephants.
