The food was tasty and delicious. The atmosphere was just superb and felt like heaven. Everyone was so supportive and their hospitality was best. The live event was good. I will recommend everyone to feel and taste authentic flavour of Rajasthan.

Plush, green property decorated beautifully which gives a traditional charm to it. Large stone statues, vases and other such items give a rustic village feel. The seating arrangement is spacious, so is the waiting area. They have live music, puppet shows etc.during evening time. Gujarati and Rajasthani food is served. The taste was good, especially corn bhajia, besan gatta and plain parantha. Food is served in copper utensils. Service is prompt. Prices are reasonable. Enough parking space is available.

I have been going to Rajwadu for years now and it has never failed in their quality for food and service. For authentic Gujarati and Rajasthani food this is undoubtedly the best place. For dinner take out a minimum of 2hrs to enjoy the place.

This place is really unique and a good experience to visit. I had some clients from offshore who wanted to experience the culture of Gujarat and the food. We went over Rajwadu, and the folk/puppet/magic show was really simple but enjoyable. The service was really good, they had patience to allow us and sit properly, not intervening our privacy such as other restaurants who serve Thal in Ahmedabad. The food was simple yet delicious. Most important of all, I really liked their ambience.

When you are in Ahmedabad you must go here for a complete Gujarati as well as Rajasthani food and cultural experience. There is a puppet show, dance, and village style unlimited food buffet.

One of the best restaurants that I been to in India in regards to ambiance and service. Plenty of parking for the restaurant. Set back from the road, so its quiet and feels like you have left the city. Huge waiting area, music and local village theme from the past century. Waiters, food handlers are clearly 5 star. Cudos to the management.

High end place to have a family brunch, group feast, or a lone bite..The quality of the food served is literally awesome, they have one of the cleanest ambience...The setup and ambience is completely spell bound, one would definitely feel the premium experience, overall its among one of the best setup to give tough competition to top notch restaurants.I enjoyed the deshi sitting experience, wherein you sit down for eating...The dessert served is completely exotic though authentic!!!In cold drinks too they have amazing collection of fresh juices...Sometimes may cook food out of the menu too.. (Citation needed)The best thing they prove correct is their name... Truly a shahi experience!One thing to improve here is the hospitality by employees... Though nothing sever, but they judge you, which hampers the level of service, therefore, might ignore you!!! 😅No worries, simply training would surely help to curb this...Ill surely do visit again...

Rajwadu a theme based restaurant is situated at the centre of the city. It is one of the best places to have a taste of a Gujarati cuisine. They welcome you with wonderful folk performances and welcome drinks. The restaurant has an a-la-carte and Thali system as per your choice. It has one of the most beautiful ambience Ive visited. A great staff and lip smacking food... Totally worth it!!!

This place is middle of the densely populated area with narrow streets. space inside is very spacious and surrounded with large trees. Staff is very attentive and professional. I never had any issue with food quality and hygiene issues. quality of food is kind of authentic and good. must try once. experienced little chaotic and unorganized while it is crowded.

Good food but worst service lacking common sense!We with small kids ordered regular menu items and waited almost 65 minutes!!! Children were roaring with hunger and even after repeated request to serve whatever available or ready didnt respond!People who ordered after us got their items quickly.i was really surprised with this kind of pathetic service.Better avoid this place if you are going along with kids.

Ambience is good, but food quality and the time one has to wait for dinner is just too much. Whenever you visit this place, keep in mind that theres always a waiting of at least 1 or 1 and a half hour. Ideal time to visit is during winter, and avoid weekends.

It has both à la carte and thali , we chose thali and it was wide variety of food items and delicious.they have maintained quality and staff was friendly. This place fully justifies its name. Rajwadu means royal. This place is based on royal village theme. Ambience and feel is simply great. It is famous for its Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisines. The dish is costly but believe me it is worth each penny. You will surely loose your diet plan and will increase your waist by couple of inches. They provide catering service for in-house occasions like reception or birthdays. The plot is good enough to accommodate 400-500 persons easily.

No extra oil , very tasty, authentic and ghar Kaisa swadisht Khana. Want to go repeatedly there.Staff is very helpful, informative and friendly .Must to go / visit place when you go to Ahmedabad.They have two eating slots, meanwhile in afternoon the restaurant is closed.
