Please dont service your vehicle here... Very low quality Bike service... Just a waste of money... It includes hidden chrages in the invoice without your intimation... Fistrly said it will charge only Rs. 365 after it will cost you other hidden expenses... I genuienly say that due to high volume of bike services they dont do bike service properly...

Punjab honda service center best place to service your HONDA vehicle. It perfectly behind the popular alpha one mall. I have given three starts because their staff are rude. Because of high volume of vehicles staff behaviour is always high. They always try to capture your money with their schemes like plastic cotting on vehicle and etc..Tips:1) purchase a service book for discount2) reach 8 am sharp, so that you did not need to wait.3) do not carry anything in vehicle (activa dekky) like helmet even not your keychain. they will give you back.4) if you are going sunday book on Saturday first.5) always recommend to go with two vehicle one for service and other to return home.:P (you will not find auto immediately from that location, you have to walk 1 km minimum).

Overall experience is good. I just placed my bike for service lets see once it finished the work of my 🚲

My experience with the person who makes Job card (who note the details of the service) was very bad, as they were rude while speaking and after delivery my issue with the bike was not solved they were giving excuses as my bike was totally new i havent completed 1 month also.

It is located near alpha mall, good place for repairing and servicing your honda bike or scooter. Staff is also good and helpful, not much crowded place and you can get your vehicle repaired or serviced authentically and quickly.

If you have to keep the vehicle in the showroom(service center) from morning to evening, the service time and but parts cost is higher than other vendors and not available part in regular inventory. Carburetor price another venoder is 1500 to 2000 Rs. And Here the carburetor charge is 5000 approx its not far. Some parts not available in this store department and it took time 15 to 20 days. its most expensive service in this showroom .its better local service vendors repair our vehicles.

Ohk,,, sometimes they did perfect work wid our demand...Bt hv a bad experience about bettery they added extra charges in Bill instead of real priceIn d reply they argued tht amron raises their charges so Bill amount getting High... When I actually found real price on d box is 1200 n they charged 1990 ... Mx also involved in this bluffs so u cn image ... However theyre going on.Rest overall in 2015 to 2018 they provide satisfactory services...

I always get service my bike in company since last 6 years. had bad experience last time. poor skilled worker doing services of my bike. he broken the side covers internal locks in front of me. and i told him that how can u do that. but they said it was already broken. when i argue with him, he refused to open side covers saying that it will not open coz its jam. the worker staff is so rude and attitude guys. I replaced the electric assembly of seft side steering. but its not working at all at the same time i handover the bike from service. they said battery issue, i said check battery it is under warranty. they said aide cover will be broken if i open it. where it was already broken by them that time. Very very bad experiences. the 3rd class service. they sticks all broken parts with feviquick gum and cheat the customer and hand overs the bike to them. how wud customer know what is damaged inside. he will not chek inside ever. and at next service the staff will mention these as damaged part in service forms. I request Honda to replace the uneducated workers with talented employee for servicing.i request all customer to check your vehicle before handover for service and after service as well that what are the broken parts and which has new broken after service.

This time paid 2000 for service but really not satisfied .

Very unprofessional, Do not recommend.Call me several times, msgs me several times for service butin Pick hours 12 to 2 they are in canteen do not answer, do not received ur vehicles, sitting around but not happy to assist you, even been to Showroom Manager for same issue they said they will help go back there but no one appeared. very pathetic, unhelpful, arrogant behavior from staff. take to local garage for services!!! After this even do not recommend HONDA. Big thumb down.

During service open the screw/bolts then without fitted give my vehicle.

They charges are very high, they push customer to spend unnecessary change so before visit concern with local garage so you got clear expense

Staff is uncooperative. Had bought an extra item by mistake. Did not take unused Goods return despite being unused and pack and with the invoice.

Authorized service center of Honda vehicles.Take care of parking for your vehicle as the vehicle towing team is extra vigilant. The service team at Honda is courteous. They push for yearly service contract and vehicle insurance ( in way it is good)

Best service is given by the honda. they ask u few questions about your vehicle and than they start there process of service, if there is any problem they guide you. First four service are cost free.

You will get your Honda two wheeler servicing done here.This is authorised Honda service centre.Its better to take appointment rather than go directly.otherwise you will have to wait for long quoue.

Nice, but need to wait long to change my navi silencer guard. But also need to mention that they are customer focus.

It was my first ever bike service after buying first ever bike and this service center was awesome and they told me everything and all the procedures to go in, not felt strange for even once.

Before 2-3 years, it was a great Honda bike service center.but now it is ok. It takes lot of time to prepare job card.

Wrostes service center ever, i suggest to give ur bike service to foothpath technicians who give batter output in 50rs than these punjab honda well trained technicians (only labeled) take 350 service charges only for ur bike to worse than before.

Always negotiate well.They will loot you in terms of unnecessary GST and taxes.Always specify which parts you want to repair or replace.Never hustle in giving the payment.Analyze each part of service and check if the written cost is valid or not.If you are having cost repair of approximately 2k rupees they will impose tax of 500 Rs which seems very unreasonable.

Id not recommended for paid service as they are just giving you advise for new parts even it is not worth to buy and install into vehicle... So pethetic service and costly... really unhappy with service.

Mr. Amit is very rude person he dont know how to talk with customers its a fault of Punjab Honda. Punjab Honda also dont care of customers because of overflowing. So I suggest pls go other agency of Honda to buy or servicing Honda scooter.

The service is not that good. They generally call after the vehicle is kept in service about any new changes are required. The service center only washes the vehicle and returns it. The is no value addition for taking the annual maintenance contract with the company.

One of the best service center of Honda is this, they not only do the good service but its quite visible to the customers so when you see your bike is being work upon, you feel much relaxed and trust the service cause they take whole lot of time to make it upto your satisfaction. Try it and youll believe so ;)

They are not focusing on Complains at time of service and they think only Washing is service imstade of resolve complains of vehicle

Very bad experience of my activa 4g service here.Everytime they r looting like anything on parts and gst taxes...U have to ensure atleast 1000 rs in ur pocket pefore giving them service.Also the customer handling is also not good and staff not proper.We all customers should unite and complaint against them legally so that punjab honda should understand their mistake.

Worst two wheeler service station ever visited.Parts they are selling at 300-400₹ higher than available in market.Any part in your vehicle is not functioning well the staff insist you to replace it with new one. Unqualified mechanics. Lady advisors does not want to understand technical matters and just suggests to replace the part with new one. The only thing they do in service is washing your vehicle and that is also with poor finishing.Dont trap into cheaper service contract offer they recover more money from you by selling their accessories.Better to have your vehicle serviced with local mechanic.

Cheating and mal practising at their best.Gave my activa for paid service with shock absorber noise complaint.The same day afternoon got call from them to collect the vehicle claiming everything solved.Got to know that the speedometer was not functioning. Went to them to show and complain, they allowed me in the workshop and the foreman gave an honest report;1. Shock absorber needs part replacement - contradicting to their earlier claim of it being repaired2. Meter cable is broken and to my surprise the supervisor told that I have broken it, i mean how can I damage anything that is so internal.Visit this place at your own risk.
