Very bad experienceMyself Dr Hasit Patel ENT Surgeon at vijapurMy grandmother had covid like symtoms i asked my brother to get hrct thorax at infocus himmatnagar.Vaibhav limbacchaiya is the one who come to meet me.i called him .i said i want report early as i can start treatment just say the report.The man said the rule is of 1 hr and i will get report after that only.Not considering any urgency or medical etiqueete. Really this is your behaviour towards doctor.I had never such bad behaviour from any of my radiologist friends.Very bad experience.This is not the way u treat your college doctors

I wanted to give zero star but its not allowed so giving one star.Please take few mins and read this:Very very pathetic center.There are many issues here which are listed below:1. When you make payment with card or any other digital payment, they will still ask some amount in cash and will never give you the receipt of that cash amount. I guess you know where the money will go.2. They added notice everywhere that do not give bakshish to any of the staff. Still staff will ask bakshish. They will call you to a place where there is no camera. There they will ask for money. The people going there are mostly patients or there relatives. They are already scared or not in good mental health. Staff will take advantage of that, will make you emotional fool that we are doing this and that and will ask for money.3. The nurses or people who are taking samples or conducting scans are very very shrud. They insert the needles very mercilessly and patient gets pain. You will feel they are frustrated and taking out frustation through needles used on patients. The way they treat patients is pathetic.I am very disappointed with this center. Would recommend you to go for other centers.I went there for pet ct. If that is the case, go to hcg for pet ct. Hcg staff is vert understanding and helpful. They do not treat patients like animals.

Worst service. Medical staff should be at the highest in terms of service But here service is pathetic.In emergency, they charge the double amount.Dont go there.

Staff members does not have proper answers for our any query, always they have to ask another or superiors. Not able to give proper answers and always waiting for more than hours, no proper coordination with internal staff, as we expect Service what we already pay higher than another CenterNeed improvement in ground level staff coordination and should training for hospital management as well.

Overall the place is good for imaging. But its expensive and few staff members are totally inexperienced despite giving the history of patient intrcatheter (IV) procedure was done in a total careless way. My advice to anyone visiting this diagnostic centre especially for a person with heart disease, liver disease or kidney disease or elderly patient try to avoid bcoz of their inexperienced staff my grandfather had phlebitis post Intracatheter IV procedure.

Best MRI, Bone scan & other diagnostic services. Staff is a bit govt institution type but is work freindly. Waiting space is good but a bit crowded. Easily approchable by road, situated near other hospitals. Reporting of tests is the best i had ever seen. Overall a good experience.

Don’t go there. “Samvedh” is in-front of this, which is far better in terms of everything.Here, very dirty place. Takes very long time to give report. Staff is also not very trained.

Pathetic and rubbish diagnostic centre. Choose any other centre for tests, MRI etc. Services and work is not as per price. If you ask to send report over email after few days they will charge it. Just to send email they are charging. Nonsense.

One of the best diagnostic centre in Ahmedabad. All major tests can be done here. There are so many Health Check Packages offered. Health check for Cardiac, Obesity, Bone & Joint, Cancer, Anemia, Diabitic, Premarital and more. They also have a Kids Basic Health package. All the rooms and equipment are neat and clean. Tests and check up being performed by experts. Post health check consultation with Dr. Harshada Raval was very interective and good. For last 5 years, I prefer to do annual routine health check at here only. Definitely recommend.

I this this guys can’t handle volume or they get pleasure in keeping patient or relative waiting.they give any reason for long waiting.

This is the most unhygienic, dirty and unprofessional diagnostic centre I have ever visited. There are used cotton swabs discarded on the floor. The toilets are the most disgusting especially the HOT toilet in pet scan waiting area. No running water, it is putrid. They ask you to wait on the bed where a patient has just left. No changing of the sheets or anything. The PET scan machine they do not even change the disposable paper. You have to lie on it although there was a patient on the same paper earlier. Do not visit this place. Look for an alternative

Poor Communication from unclear medicine department. No interaction with doctor. Better to search and go with other options in city Viz Kshipra, Sambhav.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They would not send wheel chair for patient. The place is on first floor, so one cannot walk to their lab. They want you to visit their place and then keep waiting as theyre ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED. Measurable place to be to.If you love your relatives, avoid going to this place.

Pathetic service, no clue on how much time patient has to wait, reception team is not ready to talk to MRI department team on waiting time, they have fear of them on asking questions twice, patient are clueless on waiting time

Best place for PAT Scan, MRI and fusion reports....

They are for just money making not for service. its not just because doctor have written so you have to go over there only and but there are other labs in town too which does same diagnosis and other things too. believe me its too expensive lab and too much crowded all time.

Extremely sad.appointment time not respected.sick patients made to wait for hours in spite of appointments given.no proper answers given by staff who makes the otherwise noisy n crowded space more intolerable.feel of government hospital in a private place.Doctors n reporting is at par excellence..n no doubt about it..requesting to have more human approach so that patients benefit from the expertise of doctors in comfortable way.

We have already got appointment for first PET scan and instead they have taken someone else first, which is really inappropriate and unprofessional. Then whats meaning of appointment? Worst experience of waiting by patient in this situation.
