Hospital should be a place where you feel more safe. But as you can see in the pictures people are just sitting with their masks down. Nurses are crossing them but they dont bother to tell them to wear masks. Not only this, out of 4 lifts only 2 works properly most of the time. And the lift man stuffs those two lifts with 12-14 ppl each. I thought social distancing was still there. The passengers of the lift doesnt involve the patients only but the hospital staff too. So if this is happening in a reputed hospital I have nothing to say. Please look into it.

Is corona gone from AHMEDABAD? where is social distance?This line is for new case and there is no social distance and even the staff of hospital don’t wear mask and i stand in line to open new case at 11:00 am and i got my case registration at 2:30 Pm and also the staff timing for lunch is 12:30 to 1:30 nd the doctor who practice there they go for lunche at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm(2:15, 2:30 approx they came back) No proper checking they cheq 2 people at one time in gynaecologist department even they don’t cheq anything and staff working very slow have to do something new and fast for new case opening and add more counters for new case so the people get everything easily

Pediatric Ward is very congested approximately 1m gap between beds. Extremely pathetic service by nursing staff. They dont care about patients. 15 times I informed about cannula blockage,then they changed it after 2 hours.I informed to nurse 4 times when saline water became empty. Finally a nurse came after 30 mins but I already removed it when I saw reverse blood came out of the drip.The doctor advised for one more saline solution. I informed 17 times about it to nursing staff but it took 7 hours for them to do it.Overall bulidibu is big, hygiene is good, wards are very congested and nursing staff is wirsw than givergover hospitals.

Amazing campus with hospital and medical college as well. Doctors are usually available from 9-4 everyday ,except on sunday.they have all the clinical and super speciality departments. The building is very huge and ample place for parking and cafeterias are available in each building . Doctors are very professional and highly experienced and treats patients very humble. Very bad experience. Management is very poor. No value of time as all staff behave like that all free people come for treatment here. Staff is very egoistic. No manners of communication with patient and their relatives. When I had gone to medicine centre to collect medicine of my apregnant wife, male staff told me to pay 122 rupees. As I had no chain I ask him to deduct 125 rupees or 130 rs. But he ridicously replied that I will not deduct more money you go and collect two rupees from anywhere. When I tried to convince a lady staff who was standing hereby him to make him understand and deduct 125 or 130. He left his chair and lady staff receive chair. Initially I thought that this lady staff would understand and co-operate, but it was reverse, she made me standing their 15-20 minutes by saying when other patients will give chain I will give you. But I was watching that other patients were giving chain but she was not taking any action, then I complain her and the she told me why you told that male staff that you will wait here for chain, and very rudely said that keep you eyes and ears open. When I said I will complain she started giving me paper and pen and told me write down here. Such a ridiculous staff. Never visit again.

Surgery was fantastic, senior doctors are good and vary supportive, cleaning was fantastic, security are also good, but students doctors are not responding and not supporting in treatment after surgery, they said they have lost of patients and they can not treat every patients, Authority has to assign Senior doctor in every ward, if not possible they have to visit ward at least 3 to 4 time in a day and they should check that treatment are going on right way or not....

When start a labour pain there was dr said chup kr jab se ayi he tab se halla machake rakha ke.. From my side its not gud support.. Every dr have manners how to treat a patient.. From my side I give a suggestion first arrange the training to how to talk with patient because patient have no choice for the dr... Nice hospital in look wise. The hospital is new, there is a lac of staff members. Lot of problem for the indoor patients.No proper care even no medicines at regular interval. 1 to 2 hr lengthy discharge process. Patients relative has to move from one counter to another for discharge.

I went to GCS hospital twice. First time stood in a long queue to get opd card. Lady at the counter was taking too much time. During working hours in the morning she took break. People were facing problem. Even I didnt get chance to see a doctor because for a new case, there were more than 50 patients already in waiting. Second time I went there at 1:30 pm. I got a chance to meet doctor after 45 min. but doctor told me why are you here? We dont see new cases on Wednesday. I had a pain in my right side of chest at that time. So nobody informed that doctor doesnt see new patient except Monday. I think there should be proper guidelines on the notice board so that new patients dont face any problem. Staff should be more polite as they are working for the good cause. They should not weigh all the people on the same scale. Most of the people are less educated or not educated at all so they are taking advantage of this

Pathetic pathetic pathetic staff hired by hospital.My wife got admitted in hospital as she was pregnant and from day 1 from admission time the service standard of employes is very pathetic.I wanted to cover my charges under my health policy HDFC Ergo as this hospital comes under their network and treatment can be availed under caseless facility, but when i approached TPA desk, they advised me to reimburse the charges after ward as they employe sitting on desk was new and was not aware of the process. I took 6 hrs to take admission in hospital under caseless facility.The actual drama started at the time of discharge. My wife approached doctor for discharge at 3pm and they gave us the approval on same. The nurse had done the process for discharge and sent my file to TPA desk for further process till 3.30pm, but the TPA guys are really KAAM CHOR as they have not processed my file further due to what reason I dont know.Finally I spoke to operation head and he advised me to take the patient home and they will process my file on next day as the boss of the hospital the TPA desk will resume there duty on next day.Mr. Pankaj Patel, Mr. Shankar Chaudhary and other board of directors have to think about all the negative comments on Google and have to take some serious action against this type of staffs and have to teach all staff the meaning of customer service.

Disgusting, ridiculous, pathetic. Hospital is good environment is good doctors are good but the management is very bad. I came in the hospital just for sonography and urine report of my mother. Nurse has given me the time of 12pm and told that please tell your mother that drink 5 to 6 glasses of water for better sonographic result I reached at sonography centre at 12pm with my mother my mother was in the que and cant believe it that till 1hour my mother was still in the que and my mother condition was not well and in this she has to hold her urine. After that 1 o clock there was lunch break for doctors and sonography time was 9 to 1.2 o clock doctor came and my mother was still sitting in the que for her check up and Atlast 4 oclock my mother got a chance to get checked by doctor so here we can see how the management of this hospital works no value of time. Atleast the staff should take care of their patients who were also standing in the que to do their check up. And matter is not done yet next day when I had visited to hospital for collecting the reports when I reached at the counter there was a big que and people were standing outside the counter i asked the people that why they are not going inside they said that the person who are supposed to give reports has gone to drink water or tea for Atleast 1 hour so after that when she came to the counter it takes 1 and half hour just only to collect reports. So with this you can see how does the management works in this hospital. So its better to close all government hospitals and let the poor people die rather than dying in the que. So please have some humanity there is no use to disturb patients and their family like this. We have to leave our works for our family proper health.
