We were there during night 10 15 show. It was lively and great experience. Neat and clean cinema house. Only challenge is vehicle parking but still manageable. I recommend to go there.

The certificate of the vaccine was not checked at the cinema entry. The national anthem was not played at the beginning of the movie.

Place has become down market. A lot of uneducated and illiterate people from lower socioeconomic strata come here. In movie they make vulgar and cheap comments and keep yelling.

Another great theater too enjoy movies at ashram road ....... Theater even showns 3D movies.... at good price and the service inside is just awesome ...... it is located near Riverfront opposite of City gold ashram road and it has two kinds of seats Gold and Executive ..... the executive one little but tougher but gold feels more comfortable but cost little bit higher but that is just awesome ....it has four screen inside which makes easier yo watch movie at anytime ....most importantly almost every Hollywood movie is shown in here and and possibly in 3D ....theater is not so big as IMAX or other large ones but yes you can enjoy every forthcoming movies here ....It is often difficult to get tickets on festival times or on any event more better if you book online earlier....free drinking water is available here thanks to management for this one really good ....there is small canteen type stall to purchase Eatery sutuff like puff pop corn etc...and some other soft drinks .....

Sound quality is good but seat is not comfortable, instead of relax you fill tired.Not a proper clean, its smelling bad in the theatre.

Comfort @ 100%Pleasent atmosphere, good and clean place in the era of looting customer cinema provides cool water and disposable glasses tooGround floor and first floor are completely for entertainment. On the first floor there is a mini theater for sitting around 60-70 person.Else all the halls are quite large and decent.Good comfortable seats paying bit higher amount.Food is also good but bit higher rates too.

Here I have come for watching avengers.... endgame. Minimum six to eight ticket booking required for start a show. Ticket prices are normal as compared to others. Space between seat rows is very low. Screen size is big, sounds system is good. Screen brightness is good.food service is better than others also good cost is normal and quality is better. You can order your food before starting the show and they serve at your seat. You can leave your ledge at counter after taking token , its free. There are four or five screen available. Interior was so good. Staff was so cool and they help if you need. Card payment available at ticket counter and also at food counter.

The halls are small.Acoustics are weak.Recliners are terrible.In all, movie experience isnt that good.To top it all, they change their ticket rates all of a sudden, when confronted, they say its the same. The hall was completely empty and still at the ticket counter they say only higher range tickets are available.Not worth it !

I came here to watch Avengers : Endgame and my experience was quite good ... Big screens.... Good snacks.... Good people (fortunately) and every facility regarding movie theater is absolutely available here..... I had a great time here... This PVR multiplex was as good as, if not more, the movie.... Loved it.... Pricing according to the screens were medium [200-300 rs. (3D) ].... Definitely a good place for movies shouldnt be any problem ☺

It is always amazing when we are at Cinemax. Sound quality, clarity, seating, everything is so perfect. Food standard yet to taste, but I believe it should be good. Even recliners are incomparable and comfirtness are at par. ♥️

Great Cinema Hall. I was show the Hobbs and Shaw last time in 3d. Good quality video, and good sound system. Seats are very comfortable. The price of ticket are also not show big amount. I refer to all to view movies in this hall.

Nothing much to tell about this place as it is just like any other multiplexes in the city.But one thing that you should know is the regular seats are not so comfortable and are very resistive upon expansion. It will retract even if you try your best. So seating is quite uncomfortable.Recliners are quite comfortable but are very pricey and one should avoid it if possible.Its an average theatre with decent sound and projection quality.If you can pay more then you should avoid this and try PVR or something.

It was screen 3. It is such a cozy little screen. I loved it. Height of the other viewers was the only thing bothering me even if I was seating on the last seat. 😮

Food price is too high

Lovely place to be. It is not too big as a mall, but though very nice with 3 halls 2 big n one small. Easy in n out and good parking area. It is a good place for people looking out for a recliner chair. Clean place. Good snacks options. It is in centre of the city. Few food joints r close by. Last but not the least the staff is very good.

Cinemax shiv is one of the finest theatre in Ahmedabad. There are 3 screens. Screen No. 1 is the largest. Screen No. 3 is the smallest best suitable for families. Cinemax theatres unique identity is their recliner chairs. We always prefer recliner chairs. Its a movie theatre nearby our home. So very first choice for the movies.

There are better theatres in Ahmedabad. But Shiv is the best on Ashram road. For people living in the East side of Sabarmati, a good option!

Decently priced tickets and fine ambience. It has a number of screens, one of which is a small screen - please take note of it carefully before booking. There is parking space - both designated and otherwise. City Gold multiplex is just opposite this place, so if you don’t get tickets here - you might have a chance across the road.

Theyre still charging for parking.. If you want that customers come to your theatre then its your duty to provide them parking area why the hell you need to charge for it. Stop cheap tactics of earning money from customers.

Not satisfied at all. Came to watch movie for the first time. Screen is very small. Seats are stinging and smelling. And food is very costly. May be they think they are serving in a five star hotel. This is first and last here for movie. No management for food service, AC was not working properly.

Bad parking experience.You will find many vehicles in No Parking area which normally looks like official parking. The area is generally created for parking but there is a small board No Parking nearby and even though no any theatre official says to customers to not to park in that area. They see that customers are parking in that area but they ignore it and then the towing officials come and tow your vehicles for which you have to pay penalty.Dont go...

For any time you can visit Shiv Cinemax which is located ashram road and one of the good theater at lower price is Shiv Cinemax.but only concern is that comfortable of sitting is not good as much as other theater have.Also cleanliness is not up to the mark..sound system is good as well as you parking arrangements is also good... Most of all screens are large enough and having good space between screen and seating, even between first row too. Great enjoyment to see 3D as well as 2D movie here.

Except for the screen size everything was perfect. Break allotted at internal was just right because of the length of the movie. Try and increase size of screen and everything will be perfect

Well this is not Cinemax anymore. Now its being operated by PVR. So management at its best. This place is always neat and clean. Also they have good music system. Located in hear of city with enough parking space.

One of the best screen space available here.The seats are pretty Hard and you wont feel comfy siting on it. Neither you can drag it ahead nor you can seat for 3 hours straightaway.The staff is well mannered and hardworking too.Clean restrooms are available.The Food available inside is wayyyy costlier than your ticket price too!!The parking space is absolutely unorganised and pathetic.The best part of this cinema is SOUND SYSTEM !!! They have the best SOUNDING effects for movie shows.Must visit once.

I likes this mini theater due to its less crowd since its a mini theater so you no need to wait for parking line and others line.

It has 3 screens where 3rd screen is a mini theatre, which has seating capacity of more than 150 people.1st screen is the biggest screen and 2nd screen is bigger than 3rd one but smaller than 1st one.But Im sure you will have a good experience there.Its located at Ashram Road and behind the theatre there is Riverfront.

I and my family recently watched Robot 2.0 at Cinemax Shiv. I visited Cinemax Shiv after long time (I think Last time I visited, it was not Cinemax but only old Shiv) but I found it really good. Seating comfort is very good and also the access to Cinema Hall is very convenient.

Its too overpriced. You have to pay nearly about ₹1000 per ticket for a reclining chair and pop corn and soft drinks are too expensive here. The high price is also not a problem but the problem arises when you do not get the expected facilities for the price. During my experience, the lights went off or something else happened which I dont know but they said that due to a technical issue the screen is off and your movie would be back shortly. But it was a horrible experience.
