Good service in hotel p.bhagat Tarachand restaurant in gujrat
This place has it own different recipe for making the standard or the famous items. I asked for Dal Makhani but they said they don’t keep it because people don’t prefer it. So I asked for their suggestions and they suggested me Dal fry. According to them Dal fry is the most running item in their restaurant. So on trying it , I felt like the Dal served in hospital is even better then this. They don’t even know how to prepare it. I had ordered cheese garlic naan so in a naan little cheese was grated on top and was served. When asked about this they said this is how they prepare cheese naan. Diwani handi and paneer hoonar masala were ordered in vegetables. Their taste was simple as we eat at house. I went for a birthday party and it became a horrible party for food.
Visited this place for their wholesome range of North Indian Food. It is a famous Mumbai based restaurant which is now open in Ahmedabad...Their specialities are Cheese Butter Masada, Butter Naan and Chaas (Pint). They serve Chaas ( Buttermilk) in beer bottle which is perfectly thick...The ambience is just perfect and it is located in Prahladnagar area. You must visit them once and you will never regret...For any queries DM me on instagram the_gajab_foodie
Awesome restaurant with awesome food and awesome services and hospitality. Food quality is ultimate, mouthwatering and delicious. Quick service. You have to wait for your turn for 10 to 15 mins. When you enter in the restaurant, the guard available at entrance welcomes you. Ambience of restaurant is very nice. Situated at main Prahlad Nagar near Prahlad Nagar garden.
Visited this place before some days. It is fine dine family restaurant having good ambiance. We had,Beer Chaas (Pint)- It is speciality of this place. Chaas was thick and it comes in beer bottles.Papad Churi & Khicha masala - These both are also special items. Papad churi was really amazing. You should try khicha masala instead of regular masala papadVeg lollipopVeg 65In starter you can try this both. Both were really amazing. I recommend veg 65 more.Main course:Malai kofta spicyPaneer lehsuniDal fryBhindi pyaazBest point of main course was each sabji was having different and its own unique taste. You will get exact taste as per their name.Butter chapatis - If you are on diet don’t order and if you aren’t must order. It comes with lots of butter. They put butter cubes and roti is also different from regular one.Stuffed kulcha - it was delicious. Must try this one.Dessert:Mung dal halwa - A must try thing. They serve it fresh and hot. You will love it.Malai Rabdi with Gulab JamunRecommendation: Beer Chaas, Veg. 65, Paneer Lehsuni, dal fry, stuffed Kulcha, Mung dal Halwa.
A family restaurant which has a good dining space.Food was decent and so the service. The prices are bit high looking at the taste of food which is like any normal restaurant in Ahmedabad.Loved their chaas in pint bottle & moongdal halwa. Bhindi pyaz in maincourse - one karela sabzi was fine. Starters we tried were veg lolilop and veg 65 which were okayish.Overall 3.5 rating is what I can give to this restaurant.
Slowest service ever. Food is also not as per the Bhagat Tarachands of Mumbai.
Very much impressed with the quality of Food.! Special Thali was just Amazing.!
One of my go to places while in Mumbai, was on the list since it opened up in Ahmedabad. Famous for its Papad Churi, Chaas, Khichiya papad and Tava Roti, the place has a lot more to offer. The ambience is pretty decent, suits a local food joint. The menu has a wide range of varieties including Chinese and Punjabi meals. We tried The following :Soups - Pretty decent in taste, enough in quantity.Papad Churi - One of its specialities and must try out dish here.Masala Khichiya - A unique version of Masala papad. Yet another must try dish here.Chaas bottle - A bottle full of buttermilk. Absolute delight in taste.Tawa Paneer and diwani handi - Both curries were pretty good in taste and well in quantity.Butter Tawa Chapati - yet another speciality at this place. The butter chapati is a must try here.Overall the place is pretty good for the variety of food it offers. The rates are pretty reasonable for the quantity offered.
Visited first time at P.Bhagat tarachand restaurant in Ahmedabad. Nice decor, even the owners were involved in managing weekends which was welcoming and nice gesture. Food o say... The thali was good and had nice portions to fill your tummy. We also ordered a la carte too. The Cheez butter masala was excellent in taste it was just completely blend to satisfy your cravings. The tawa chapatis are signature there. Dal was also good but to many caramelized onions which could have been less as too much of them were killing the real taste of dal. Over all nice satisfying dinner. Keep it up

The only reason I have for these two stars are:StaffHospitalityLittle bit interiorHygiene1/5 for tasteManchurian could be quite more softIf youre Jain, never order hotn sour soupYour mumbai branch is far more ahead in taste. Please have review from your team only.
Not good ur services.....staff very bad ....😒😏
This kind of perfection in taste as well as service is worthy of higher cost it has than regular restaurants. Enjoyed.
Food is good and delicious but service is not that good .
This place offers insanely finger licking good food! Definitely recommend the karela sabji ❤️Also if you didnt have chaas in Bhagat Tarachand, did you even visit BT?😂
Best place for good quality food specially roti was so soft with butter and the khichdi and khichiya papad
Food was okService was worstDish and glass are not cleaned
All over nice one
Very poor service if you want to take dinner you should go in lunch time
We went here for our wedding anniversary celebration. Ordered food too...but the soup (tomato) and starter (Honey chilly potato). Both were not up to our expectations. So we moved out.The manager was courteous enough not to charge us for items not eaten (full course). So two star for the courtesy.
Awesome ambience, delicious food 😋 nice service.Appreciate!
I went there with my brother and friends. Its nice cosy place for eating delicious Punjabi food. It also have nice ambience and interior. The taste of Punjabi cuisine was awesome.. I suggest everyone to go and try food At Least once. On weekends there are always waiting for an hour to thirty minutes.it is one of the oldest restaurant who serves delicious Punjabi cuisine for 2 to 3 decades.

The value of the place is in its antiquity. Otherwise the ambience is quite ordinary. The food is also average. Staff is courteous.

Nice ambience n perfect home like Punjabi food. It’s a mix of Punjabi n Sindhi taste, which is different from other routine Punjabi restaurants. Try n enjoy
Went with friends for a fixed thaali. The quantity was filling and the best thing was that they gave proper rotli instead of tandoori roti!! Loved all the preparations. I havent tried their mumbai one so couldnt compare as to the taste.
Amazing taste, authentic Indian food. Highly recommended.... Go for it if you are a foody. Dont forget to try their awesome roti and papad churi. 👍
Very nice food and reasonable price
Very nice place to have food with family and closed ones
Very poor and hopeless service, waste of time ,
Very tasty and delicious food. Cuisine is full of variety for Punjabi food lovers. A different taste than other similar restaurants. A must visit for Pure vegetarian and Punjabi foodies.
Very nice place...... Awesome food and good service...
Food quality is very worst. Also staff cooperation is very bad. Many people had same complaint for food quality. Need to improve good quality and training to the staff to behave good with the customer.
Dont judge this place by interior. No doubt interior is awesome. But food is not tasty. Food and service is totally below average level.
Decent food at affordable price!
Very nice quality of food. Family friendly place.
The worst hotel with a big label... Food was of so poor quality, Steel utensils were so pathetic n old n poor quality, no table napkins... I wont recommend to anybody...

Very bad taste, actually I had visited mumbai branch 2 year ago. This is not the original I think only name usedPoor quality service. We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that Time . The food was mediocre too.Never recommending this to anybody.
Super taste n quality too
Place is good to go out with family but not with friends. Food was tasty indeed but service bit slow/regular.
Tried Limited Gujarati Thali.Serving - 1.5 peopleAmbience - 5/5Service - 4/5Location - 5/5Valet Parking available
Almost the se food taste as its home branch has. Differently served food seen over there. This is their speciality. Getting velet parking facilities is also good point for this restaurant. Good ambience and decent staff. Taste wise the food is great. Overall Value for Money. Its a family restaurant with peaceful ambience.
One of the famous restaurants branch of Mumbai at Ahmedabad. But some extent could not maintain taste of Mumbai. Good ambience with good service.
Water.... bad with silvery surface... paneer tikka tooo salty
Good food, Good Service, place is ok considering the cost of the food, I felt the prices are on higher side
Pathetic food quality, never going back to this Restaurant
Good ambience , yummy food, good staff , good place for pure veg
The place is good the food is nice but there is always wating
Bakwaas unlimited dish. Spend your 330 somewhere else. This place do not provide fresh food
To suffice the food quality is just great, value for money. Worth visiting. Ill certainly revisit the place, anytime.
Disappointing food as well as service..bad choice of place. Dont understand why the place was so crowded
Good food. A little costly. Some odd items. NO LIFT. AC is working poorly
I went for a dinner with friends. Peaceful place food quality is good
The worst indian food ive ever had in my life. Everything is just overfilled with fried/caramelized onions, turmeric and oil and it all tastes the same. Theres no variation to treat the tongue. Its just terrible.
Mind-blowing restaurant as specially ROTI & BUTTERMILK.Best place for families.Great food.Real test.
Good quality ingredients used to serve tasty food. Good mix of Punjabi with gujju touch. Liked it.
Food quality is really nice but I can see scope for improvement in the services. Moreover if they improve their services speed they can reduce wait period of guest and can accommodate more foodies.
