Good CA Firm to Work For ! One Of The Oldest CA Firm in Ahmedabad.

I loved to give them 5 but due to some issues i still give them 4 stars.Firm is leading Accounting firm in Ahmedabad with the legacy of 2 pioneers of the Chartered accountant Profession in India. Shri M.G Patel Sir & P.N.Shah sir.Firm is good for the new comers who wants to get the thorough knowledge in the field of Indian as well as Foreign Accounting.The best part of firm is the working environment, It is great specially the Knowledge Process Division. The Incharge of the Knowledge Process is thorough gentalman.The firm helps you to get the maximum potential you have. They give you the freedom of work & the Review Managers and the Top Management are great personalities, they stand behind you in every time you need help.Now the bed part.There is Office Politics in the firm, but it will effect you only if you are not equally capable to do the job, but yes the politics is at higher side. There are few persons who got the promotions just because they have some relations with the top management but there are very large no of people who are capable to seat at the higher position but they got trapped in unrealistic targets and stuck at where they are.
