Worst shopping ever. Purchased clothes and on exchange of clothes, store did not exchange by saying no exchange policy. manager, cashier and store person rudly behaved and did not exchange the clothes and said do complaints as and where you want. They are not informing about exchange policy of store by publishing info at store and just looting the customers. Bakwas store in Agra. Not recommend for purchase. Clothes are cheap and in bad condition.

Stories quite affordable for the middle class as now days heavy discount is going on as end of season sale.Large variety of products are available.

The cloth were nice nd decend...not very up to the mark..but still u can go there for shopping ..

Staff not supportive and unhappyMay be overburdened or less salariedMost of the stuff available is of low quality and difficult to make here choiceCleaning is good..A three floor mall with variety of cloths, parking place...Ground floor for woman, first for man and top floor for kids... urinal available on the top of third floor.... Drinking water not available...

Good atmosphere... Mannered staff ... Good quality at reasonable price... Already became a central shopping mall in Kamla Nagar Area... Still needs lot of improvement which is a sign of growth 😉... But still dont like the fact that even after buying clothes, they charged the amount for polybags, which should be free...
