Costa coffee has only high cost....i feel very durty sitting area n no cooling...waste of money n time.

Totally sanitized and amazing staff. The coffee was the perfect evening drink here and the sides Available were delicious and delightful.

Great place to hangout with friends and specially my favourite when it’s slight rainy, so you can take the outside portion area with your hot coffee and enjoy the weather at its best.

One of the best coffee shop of the city with great service. This is like my all time favorite place to kill time. I sit there for hours.. and the best part is Pizza hut is in the same building so they allow to eat pizza in there along with the coffee.. 😊

Costa coffee is one of my fav outlet in Agra for coffee. Lately the outlet has been renovated and after the renovation we visited and really didnt like the new set up. Its not really comfortable and looks like a basic fast food joints. Earlier they had sofa sitting which were very comfortable and we used to enjoy sitting for long hours.The coffee is always been good and also the quick bites are also quite tasty 😋

After several days traveling around Rajasthan it could happens that you miss home and saudade hits, so Costa Coffee could be a good place to rest a bit sipping a good coffee and having a warm cherry almond muffin. The place is clean, with A/C, good music and full of light. The staff is very kind.

I havent get the comfort and that feel of Costa. Service and presentation was dissatisfactory. Taste of shakes that i ordered was unexpectedly bad.

Live Costas coffee here in India. Usually avoid the big chains when travelling, but coffee gas not been that great at hotels. Super hot, strong, and delicious coffee has been our experience at Costa branches like this one.

Nice place and good ambience. The service was good too. The coffee as expected at Costa and the food was fresh.The seating is a tad bit crowded coz the place isnt that big. They have a seating area outside too.

Costa used to be the go to place for coffee! I recently visited after 2 years and I was a bit disappointed. Taste and preparation of coffee has deteriorated. Even the store has loosen its energy and vibe. Hoping it wil revive soon!Ps: its a 5 year old photo!

As far as India goes it is a good place to escape but that does not necessarily mean it is good, dont have the sandwiches, they just over cook them in microwave instead of grilling like they are supposed to do?! And you served with a spoon that was still dirty (see photo)Staff are rude, I was telling him my order and he started talking to friend on my side of counter, he like anything else Im like well yes, i just told you but you stopped listening to me mid-order. It feels like they think they are doing you a favour serving you!I only recommending as as far as Agra goes it is one the only few decent places to escape. Would have been 3 star if it hadnt have been for dirty cutlery🍴.Also the place seriously needs a blue light bug killer or something, so many flies inside landing on everything.

Hot coffees are served cold here. Prices are enough to make a hole in your pocket. Staffs are good but ambience is not conducive for a calm conversation. Sitting is not comfortable either.

They have very Good service.It is a Good and calm place to be, let it be your business/personal meetings .One Must try iced black coffee, its super strong and best if u r looking for a strong coffee and something chilled.And walnut muffins they are super soft with amazing texture.

I had taken Classic Frostino (cold) and my partner took Cafe Caramella (hot). Both were average but hot one was better.Price is somewhat high seeing the quality. I think CCD is better in taste, quality and price.

Always reliable chain. Its coffee is fine, while not necessarily cheap, and food offerings likewise. Costa is not present in our country, so we make a point of using it overseas when we can.

Order a frostino , cashier billed something else...and hang on there .. serve me I dont know what the hell that was.. they are kind of weird arrogance if one customer is not treated well by them , doesnt matter tourists will come for sure... Very very rude staff. Mistake in ordering. They added 3 extra espresso shots to my order to get more money. I would not have known if I had not checked the receipt. They did not apologize for their mistakes, nor refused to cancel them. There is a really need for improvements in employee response to customers.

This Costa Cafe is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and we liked to overall atmosphere. If you need a break from india - you can come here!😊 On the other hand the variety of food is not really big and I have already had better Ice Coffees in my life but it was still good. One of the most pleasant coffee places Ive been to. It was cosy and quite nice, mostly because of the friendly staff and their helpful service. There was a great variety of different temptations in the menu, so it was hard to resist.

Unprofessional staff. Couple of staff guys were Playing Pubg on their phones while sitting on one of the desks and shouting and making a ruckus as if they are not employees but guests
