We had a family trip here in September 2021. Very good 3 star hotel and within distance of 3 KMs from main monuments in Agra (Taj, Red Forts & Shopping area). We got per nice deal through MMT for INR 2500 approx. a good deal for this hotel. Hotel service is excellent with complete professional staff.1) Accommodation (5/5) – nice clean and posh rooms with all required amenities.2) Food (3/5) – Food quality and taste is good no doubt about that. This hotel serve both veg and nonveg. But prices for food is too much costly, just to compare for 3 member family cost of normal one meal goes beyond 1 day room charge. Hotel should look at prices. Also it has very limited menu that should increase. I have seen guest orders food from popular joints like pizza hut, dominos which are nearby.3) Parking Space (5/5) – Enough parking space within hotel campus with required security measures4) Covid-19 (5/5) – Hotel follows all required protocols for Covid-19

Stayed at the property for two nights. Nice place. Rooms well maintained. Bathrooms needs to maintained properly. Non-courteous staff except for few.Beware: The door locks may not work. Anybody can walk in without the key. Had locked the door and checked it by pushing it. Looked locked. After half an hour on return found someone else in my room and he claims the door was open.The staff at the reception said I was at fault for not locking the door and gave me session on how to lock the door. Finally they were convinced that the door could be opened without the key. The staff were unapologetic and just walked off. It seemed as it is a regular occurrence. Asked the staff to connect me to the Manager but they did not.

The hotel is really nice with a pinch of Jaipuria theme. The aethetics are good. The rooms are good. The only draw back is the location. On both sides the views will not lead you to anywhere. So basically id doesnt matter which floor or side you take the rooms you will have to continuously keep your curtains closed. The housekeeping staff is nice and very helpful. The service is good apart that they dont take care of the saturday breakfast rush. We had to wait for basic things while requesting for the items which were not there. No one cared to look at what is available and what is not.

Very Bad Breakfast. Wifi never works and they come up with all sorts of excuses. Everything else is perfect. The ambience, the rooms, the service, all of it!

Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was dust accumulated on side tables and other furniture kept in room. Washroom and bath tub were also not cleaned properly. We requested 2-3 times. Then th person came after waiting for half an hour. So, the servuce was not good at all. If you are charging like 3 star the service should also be provided acc to that.

The breakfast spread was not good. No sausages or dessert option. The in room dining was good though. The room had a period charm to it but the maintenance could have been better

The rooms are spacious enough but services of the hotel needs serious improvement.Floor of the swimming pool had dirt settled and was not regularly cleaned.Buffet breakfast was good, not one of the best, but satisfactory!10 min away from Taj mahal, so a good location with lots of food joints near the property.

Its a hotel which has lost all its grace and hospitality as if COVID has struck it hard. No staffs, more than required delays in everything, Unsafe environment,no one wearing mask in premises, no safety protocols. Everything is left for the guets to face. Very poor and pathetic stay.

Its an okay hotel, not too great but not too bad either. Good play to stay for a day or two if you are there just sight seeing ( taj mahal and stuff ). Doesnt really have a great room service. Like some of the things that are expected from a 5 star hotel arent present. Its more like a 3 star hotel if i am being honest.

It was not a great experience as i thought it would be. I had the image of Mansingh Palace as a five star property with awesome service and great place but it turned out the opposite. The service was pathetic, had to wait very very long for smallest of the request like getting water or for that sake even for any other thing. The bedsheets, pillow cover everything was very old. We found hair strands on our bed and pillow which was quite pathetic to see. I think the staff at this hotel doesnt even change the covers regularly and neither do they take the cleaning job of rooms for guests very seriously. All the staff in the room whether you talk about furniture or bedsheets all of them look to be as old as Mansingh himself.Overall very poor experience and would recommend people to go to this place with very very less hope of being good.

Nice property but lafked basic amenities.. there were no dental kit in bathroom, neither were any slippers or iron or any basif thing u expect at a 4star property. The choices in breakfast was also limited.. although staff and manager were polite . Room service could have been better and fast. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get anything from house keeping.

Pathetic conditions of the hotel.1- rusty things in the room.2- bulbs were fused3- no shower gel, slippers, bottled water were there4- room heater was not working5- bad smell in the room6- on top of all this, water logging started from lobby to the room on all floors.I didnt wanted to give any star to this hotel, but star is for the housekeeping person named sunny, who was helpful.

We stayed for a night at this hotel. The location is Mall road which is good. It is quite near Taj Mahal, even walking distance from West gate. Hotel is following covid protocols which was a relief. Ambience is good. Room size ( deluxe) was quite decent, although bed size was small. Room service was good. Staff was quick to respond. Food was awesome,particularly the Breakfast( one of the best we have seen even better than 5 star ). Dinner buffet was also decent with food not oily and well prepared. Small improvements recommended. At the reception, hotel should keep some tourist information published of important places like taj, Agra fort etc. Overall rating 4+

My stay at Mansingh Agra has been full of inconvenience! I have also stayed at Mansingh Jaipur but Mansingh Agra seems to be totally opposite in providing comfort to their guests.Ill describe them here since my arrival on Feb 12, 2021 -1. Basic amenities such as body wash, disposable slippers, shower cap, dental kit, shaving kit werent provided. Only shampoo and soap was provided. Reason stated for not providing these basic amenities was COVID. Shampoo, towels, soap bedsheet etc werent stopped because of covid but body wash, disposable slippers, dental kit, etc were stopped because of covid? Thats a bit silly. These were provided later after we had a discussion with Mr. Krishan Mohan Tara (General Manager). He assured us we wont face any other trouble/inconvenience during out stay.2. We also realized the condition of Refrigerator inside out room, the television as well as the WiFi. Picture of refrigerator, television highlighting the spots on it and screenshot of wifi Internet speed attached for your reference. It is again silly to understand what Mansingh Hotels charges for where the bare needed amenities are of such a quality.3. I had to wait for 20 minutes outside the gate because the door was blocked by someone who was partying inside Mansingh palace. It seems people who party at Mansingh palace are treated as guests and the one who pay for a stay at Mansingh arent treated like guests.4. The guests who came for a party also troubled fellow guests who were sleeping by talking loudly in the corridor. If the hotel has arranged a party for them, it should be the hotels responsibility to give comfort to other guests. I did ask the reception but no one intervened. Audio attached for your reference. Also for your information the time of the recording was 00:56 hours.5. I went to the reception to ask for a pain relieving ointment and the reception did not have it. The reason stated was again COVID. The hotel can run during covid times but cannot keep a basic first aid kit for the guests? I was also told to walk for 10 minutes in pain to a nearby chemist shop by the reception. Thats how the reception takes care of a guests comfort during their stay.6. Since 7 am of Feb 14, 2021 (Today), someone kept ringing the bell every few minutes. There was also a call made to the landline. What was that for? To disturb our sleep more? And since then, there have been noise in the corridor of 3rd floor as well.
