Unprofessional and corrupt practices by staff.Dirty rooms.

Toilet is in worst condition, AC is okay, TV is not present there...

The worst place ever. Do not stay in this hotel. DO NOT. The staff is not helping, no tv available, the rooms were disgusting and the price is too high. No not water was available in the washroom and the bathroom was very dirty.

Worst hotel rooms converted to servant quarter. Please dont stay in this hotel it is haunted the rooms are worst than pathetic. You will get hot water in buckets in early morning. The fans are rusty and full of dust. It was a nightmare and you will have to experience lousy dreams while sleeping and the hotel did not do maintenance since 1980,s whenever the hotel must have been inaugurated. Early morning while checking out saw people coming in the morning for a conference wearing wedding suite.we took out our luggage ourselves till our car to avoid paying tip to the untidy attendent who was still after our life till we departed. Guys plzzz dont stay in this haunted 🏨 hotel..👹💀👹👹👻

We had a very bad experience with the hotel. EPABX was not working, hot water was available only in the morning. There was not enough light inside the room. CFLs of very low power were installed inside the room, even all of those were not working. We have to fight with room door to close/open it as it was getting stuck with wall. Room interior was also very bad. There were patches of plaster on walls inside the room. There was no soap or towel provided in the bathroom. Even there was not a single doormate inside the room.

Totally waste of money. Bathroom was not working properly. No response from staff. Also they did transaction of Rs 500 through their swipe machine n told that transaction not done whereas money was deducted from my account. They straightaway told that they did not receive money. Transaction has been done for their hotel. They did not resolved the issue at all. Now what will you call them.Unprofessional staff. Plz dont book room there. Beware of them.

Rooms are over charged. Their gysers were not working and we had to use hot water bucket which got cold very quickly.

I stayed over there and stay was fine over there. Cleanliness had an issue there they have to work on that. Other than that every thing was fine over there. Service was good, food was also good over there. Hotel is nicely located. Nice amenities are there.

By seeing the price of the hotel, you know what you can expect .. Very basic amenities are available, however they should improve on cleanliness.Staff is cordial & helpful.. Recommended if you are looking for a budgeted stay in Agra.

The conditions of the rooms r really worst. No words to explain. The conditions of the blankets r something like of the blankets given to the prisoners . Only their reception counter is in tip top condition. As it is a wintery season after the day long sightseeing we asked for hot water they refused, again we requested for our little kids but what a answer no hot water after evening its not in the system. So plz think before you book a room in this third class hotel. Dont see the pictures & book the room its a kind & humble request for ur convenience.

First of all I would say agra is not the place where you should stay at night.2ndly if u are stucked or its your wish to staying in agra then I would prefer to stay in railway station rather than this place.Trust me guys that was the worst experience ever in my life.I will not tell the full story because my friend #PankajRawat has been already written the review and the exact situation Which we felt at this hotel.So guys, please consider his review. And do not stay in this worst hotel.

Very much bad experience.Very worst security... Only i was single person to stay in whole hotel .No power in hotel.Lift is just for show it dont work.Room was just dirty.Open wire was left in hotel room which can couse big problem to kids.My last suggestions u can stay in railway station but dont book this hotel...

Hotel is good.location is also approachable.Rooms are quite comfortable but service quality is not upto the mark.Intercom was not working.mugs bucket and water jug was dirty, though bedsheets and blankets were clean. Staff was not co operative. Hotel is good but during to poor service I wouldnt stay further.

The worst one hotel experiencede also not e in life. Changed 3 rooms. All rooms have problems one after another. Ac TV phone non functioning. Bathroom jet and cleanness worst. Waisted more than 4 hrs in night to rectify one after one.Food is the worst. So bad smell in vegetable. Rotis were also not proper.Waisted time and money. Not to visit even ask for free stay.

Most worth it hotel in Agra...people were humble and really appreciated .I landed on Agra railway station at 3 am and before my landing driver from hotel facility was standing to attend me.Really appreciate it.Good food ,good facility.loved it

I dont wanna give any star of this hotel ,this is the worst & haunted place ,we were 3 couples & staying in a different rooms ,In the midnight around 12.05am my friend knocked my door his girlfriend was scared and crying ,than we were together & after just 2 minute , we all heared a crying women voice , the room number was 311 ,312 & 306.we thanks to god who saved us .jai mata diiiiii .if i talk about the rooms pictures are just like Photoshop editing .& the staff is so cheap ,there is a no words which belongs to hospitality .the warm water comes only in the morning 6am .The lights blinks many times .

I stayed at this property on a reasonable cost and the property was budgeted as it was much clean and maintained. My stay was fine. Overall this hotel is good and best place for a stay on a reasonable cost.

I have never seen a such a worst hotel in my life. nothing works there. very old hotel. employee are arrogant. this is not even one star hotel....**************warning ********* never even think about this hotel ******** Just one thing I like about the hotel is they allowed driver to stay for free.

Well the stay was not worth for money, not as per my expectations. Cleanliness was the main concern, no hygiene. Location is fine. All in all the stay was an average.

Hotel is Value for money.Staff is very co-operative. The problem was that Wi-fi provided only in lobby and it wasnt working most of the time and TV in my room was also not working properly.

This hotel is continuously deteriorating in quality of service and maintenance of property. Room service is poor. Water is hard water. Soap, shampoo, shaving cream nothing works here. Wi fi is only in the lobby, NOT in the room. Food is okay. No market or restaurant nearby.

If minus available I would have given that 😊 .. service people is good but not hotel. 🙂

This hotel is near pratap pura chouraha, its room are large and magnificent, and their is a good system or parking and all types of facilities and it is fantastic.

This is the worst hotel ever stinky rooms cracked bathtub dirty torn bedsheets and buttonless TV remote very unfriendly and rude staff unhigenic accommodation.....we had booked 2rooms and we even confirmed it but when we went there we got only 1room not even worth getting 1star luckyly we had our own bedsheets and pillows I could go and sleep in the railway station than sleeping in the dirty hotel WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
