I called in a locate for ticket number:20212215787. The responding tech Ron is proficient and friendly. He took care of my needs well within the time frame I needed him to for my customer. I believe he is an asset to your company and deserves full recognition for the outstanding service he provides in the field. He has been on several jobs that Ive had to do underground digging and not one has ever been mismarked. Thanks Ron for reminding me that loyal quality workers still exist.

This man was terrible. He was very argumentative and he disconnected our cable and wifi and we had to wait 18 hours for Comcast to come for a service call to reconnect the wires. Since my daughter works from home, and grandson has eLearning, both were not able to do their work.
Had to call three times so far. Closed my ticket, area still not marked. Assuming I dont have buried lines. Putting flag nowhere near where they are supposed to check. WE energies found area no problem. Maybe I need to be there, take them by the hand and show them.

I wish that I could leave no stars for this review. I am shaking as I am writing this review. The employee that came to my home to mark it for digging projects was very rude. I have to call Diggers Hotline when I need to do digging because it is the law. I am going to let Diggers Hotline know about this also. I never want this man on my property again. He should apologize for his very rude and very unprofessional conduct. Very bad business. :(
Just horrible experience. Stephanie was rude and didn’t show any interest in what I had to say. Didn’t communicate at all and didn’t care for my time line.
I called and left a message almost a day ago and still have yet to hear back from anyone. How hard is it for someone in the office to call a customer back? I should not be surprised I guess after I read all the other reviews. Terrible customer service!
Company did not follow directions on a ticket failed to mark areas and also failed to return 2 phone calls. Asked for a supervisor to follow up and no response. Very disappointed in the service.
Got hung up on three times, rude and obnoxious employees.
