Its a good place to live here peacefully. It has a good open area for fresh air.

The way the apartment is being maintained is not worth any stars. I have been residing for three years now. No promises are fulfilled. Club house was promised within six months. Till date it is not available. Water from the STP which is stinking badly is discharged inside and outside the apartment. Ground water is being contaminated .Sewage water is discharged in the park where small children are playing. Many requests and complaints have been made but no solution.Hope with this review builder comes up with some solution

Very bad situation due to STP WATER !! IT STINKS AND DUE TO WATER ON PASSING PATH I HAD AN ACCIDENT AS WELL. What I tell you about power back-up and supply it costs more than regular charges and the power supply cut-off on regular basis due to overload on generators whenever back-up needed. so we all have to suffer again and again after few hours.

Aparna prem is a downgrade society. Dont fall in show off. We are residents here, it worst than a small village. Daily lights on off, the gutter is leaking, boundaries are falling off. Parking issues, no work done from maintenance, rude behaviour of builder and their associate. No one listens at all. You will suffer once will be the part of this cheap society.

Best society so far in Agra. Lovely view and best location.
