Fraud, Staff & Receptionist all are doing a fraud & asking for extra money if you booked that hotel from oyo app, you will get off after applying coupon.Because I have booked with coupon & oyo said you hotel get booked but at the time of check in they said you have to pay remaining amount too, Whereas if oyo providing you booking in that amount so why they are taking extra amount.

If you are looking for a rest.Then please have a look about this.If will get an superb stay

Pathetic customer service the manager who sits at the front desk was highly abrupt and unhelpful in the name of hotel restaurant they will provide you food from dhabha close by and charge you hotel menu price the rotis which were bought costed me more then 20 bucks each and were full of maida as if been bought from local roadside dhabha I wish I couid have attached the photos of the same

At least in my room #1042. Hot water is not available 24/7. They provide hot water via central boiler, they dont have geyser installed on the bathroom. You have to wait for the supply time for hot water. However, if you request room service, they will provide you hot water in bucket.3. They should check blankets and pillow covers for cleanliness and make sure they are in good condition. Mine was torn in multiple places. Didnt expect such condition of a HERITAGE property.4. Never recommend anyone to eat from the inhouse restaurant. They are charging too much compared to the quality and taste of the food. 3 plates of Biryani can cost you Rs.1400 /- with full of green chilies. I feel you can have biryani at any famous food joint at half of that price.5. I stayed there for 3 Nights and almost every night people checked in late nights and started shouting on the hallway and turned on TV at midnight and there was no control over them by hotel staff.

The hotel is good for large groups & the hotel also is interested in hosting groups. It has a good restaurant & that is good. Rooms are good but ventilation is an issue. The furniture are all old & based on the amenities the price is a bit on the higher side. Its location is good on the Fatehbad road & so Taj Mahal Access is good. Also has good parking.

So I only have two words to describe this place Pathetic and Terrible1st of all the toilets are very dirty and the flushes do not work I repeat they do not work2nd the parking is not proper I had to park my car 1 km away from the hotel and I walked an entire kilometre3rd the television and the setup box are not recharged4th the irritating guys on the reception keep on asking that “Have you made the payment?” even though I gave him the money but still he kept on asking me about the paymentOver all a very poor experience I’ve been to almost all the states in India and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been toSo I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and also don’t want to stay here ever again!

Great. They welcomed us with their never ending smile even at midnight. Reception boy was very good and mannerful. Staff was very helpful and talkative in good way, informative. Rooms were very clean, quite spacious and well lit. Bathroom too was very spacious. Breakfast was good too. Checkout timing was 11.00 am we visited Taj and Agra fort came back at 1 pm, still they gave 15 min for refreshment (no charges applied). Receptionist was very keen to know when we will be back to stay. Will stay in this hotel again, no doubt.

We had stayed here in May. At first the room in which we were put up, the AC was not working. After requesting them, they changed it. Then there was no hot water. We have a small baby and wanted to bathe her with hot water, but the staff said they dont have hot waters in summer. I found it absurd because bathing with cold water is a personal choice and they cant force people to bathe in cold water. Then after requesting them like 11-12 times, they send half a bucket of lukewarm water. Half a day wasted. The restaurant downstairs serves good food but expensive. Overall average stay. Dont think Ill go there again.

I have list of issues with this Hotel.1. Not proper parking2. Toilets were very dirty3. Staff is responsive4. Hot water available only till 10 am. So customers have to take bath according to hotel timings.5. Included breakfast is also have limitations.6. Slow service7. Towels, soaps and bathing mugs were missing.8. Electric Switch were not working.9. Room telephone was not working.Very very poor experience. Absolutely GONE CASE.

We were a group of 25 people, stayed here in taj Heritage by Alsafar India, must say the best thing which we like is hospitality and management is so well, rooms are very good if we compare the price which is so competitive, close to tajmahal..a good hotel with lot of goodness.

Nice and helpful staff. Good rooms with comfortable beds and decent bathroom. Only problem is theres no warm water in the shower, but we didnt bother calling the reception so I cant say if thats their fault or ours.

Rude Front Desk officer, Rude manager.We booked 5 rooms as we were travelling as a group. This hotel couldnt adjust one extra kid of 11 years and asked for extra bed charges even when we didnt need an extra mattress. Money isnt imoortant, good service is. They must understand.Rooms are just average with old CRT TVs, I have travelled and seen better rooms for the same price and sometimes even for half the price.What I liked was the restaurant downstairs. Good service there. Totally satisfied. Its a beautiful arrangement.Hope they improve andu understand service industry is all about caring and making the consumer at ease.

Hot water was not available. Tap water was not there during morning . Drinking water was not provided. We had to buy bottled water.Food was not good. Dinner was tasteless. For breakfast they gave bread toast which was burnt. When we complained they said this is how it is made.

Hotel was good in tearms of cleaning. Food was ok. Staff was not so welcoming. However it was good staying at this hotel. Staff should be well trend in a place like Agra for welcoming their guest. There was no smile on hotelier face at our arrival. No one responded on my complaint for light flactuation. Etc.

Ideally situated around scenic lush green trees .... good view of train passing by n the landings n taking off planes at the airport. Would love visit again for long period.

I checked in this hotel on 5th November 2017 and checked out on 6th November 2017 and trust me 24 hours which I spent there were really bad. To start with, the receptionist is really rude. He doesnt know how to talk to guests. The bathroom is so small that you will be doing exercise when bathing or sitting on the pot. The landline which they provided was dead. If you are really tired after your journey and are planning to take a bath in hot water in the hotel after checking in, then please forget it because they are not going to provide hot water. I asked several times for cold drinking water but got the same response that we dont have cold drinking water. The window ac which was given in room was so loud that youll wake out of horror in the middle of the night thinking that theres an earthquake. The bathroom and the bathroom fittings were so dirty that youll get disgusted when touching the tap or the shower. In all I just want to advice everyone who is planning to stay in this hotel that please save your money and yourself. Try to search more as this hotel is definitely not worth a single penny.

Had a recent visit to Taj Heritage with my friend,An amazing property with a top class multi cuisine fine dine restaurant- I just loved the food,room was cosy, neat and clean equipped with modern amenities, it seems recently renovated, best part was humble and courteous staff specially Mr. Sanjay.. loves the overall experience highly recommended to everyone.

Hotel is just 500 mtrs from Temple. Hotel is clean . Very limited room service but there many restaurants nearby so not a problem. In bathroom, they supply hot water only for three hours in morning. In breakfast they served only poori and aaloo ki sabzi with tea / coffee. Location of Hotel is little difficult to find but google map helped.

The Taj sapphire hotel is good for tourist . it is near Tajmahal or Agra fort. That is for tourist. Hotel is also looking very good & classic. It is keep very neat & clean. All staff of hotel is very cooperative. And behave. The room ls of hotel are very awesome. The wall of rooms feeling like we are all time in tajmajal of agra... Lovely

The experience at the hotel was not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. The location of the hotel was good and I got a fair value for the money I paid. But there were some points which the hotel certainly needs to improve in order to attract customers. First is the toilet seat which was pathetic. It was so shaky that you would assume that you are see-sawing on it. Next is the internet facility. Though I got the ID and password for the internet but it was not accessible at my room and I could only connect it at the front desk which is a disappointment. Next area for improvement is the morning breakfast which was limited to 2 dishes and bread, thats it! No variety at all. But the service was nice which was good to see.

The ambience is very good. The cottages are surrounded by coffee plantation and other trees. Its serenic. Gives such a great peace of mind. Would definitely recommend everybody to checkout this place. The staff is really humble and hospitable.

Followings have been noticed during staying the Hotel Taj Heritage.1.Poor cleaning2. Poor water facilities3. Worst condition of toilet4. Poor drainage system in basin due to which water becomes clogged in basin.5. No generator facility of electricity (we have faced 4 times for half an hour each at no light condition)6. Poor tubelight condition7. No response and cooperation from hotel management after complaining the above. Lastly I should say about the food quality of this hotel. The chicken which was served was totally spoiled and taste was totally changed.Then we said them to replace it with mushroom dish and we found cooked cockroach in it. In boiled rice there was also insect. In the supplied drinking water there was also cockroaches. All this reflects the dirtiness of the hotelThe name Taj heritage is also not suitable for this hotel.

The hotel name is changed to Taj Sapphire. we had tough time to reach the hotel at night since we were not informed of the name change. Even the hotel people didnt inform about this when they were contacted over phone while enquiring on the exact location. Still the stay at hotel was enjoyable and we had good time.

Happily stay at an affordable price, pleasantly delivered smile with accomodation,overall a great stuff at your price..lovable and recommended..

Worse experience in all my life in a Hostel. I visited 20 countries and seen a lot of places to stay but this hostel was the worse. The photos are from the beginning and nothing is like that anymore. The hostel is disgusting, you have dirt on sheets. The walls are all of dirt.

Our check in time was 12 PM but we reached at 10. We were told to wait for sometime so we waited in the hotels own restaurant. We took breakfast over there but when we asked for the bill there was a big confusion. Initially we were told that it would be ₹250 per head and we were 2 people. But after taking breakfast the waiter asked for ₹400. So, we gave him ₹500 banknote. But after a few minutes, another waiter came and gave us a bill of ₹360. We told him that we already paid it. First he was surprised but then suddenly communicated with the previous waiter and gave us ₹100 back. He didnt return ₹40 but we decided to let go as it is a petty amount but we were a bit surprised to see the billing confusion. Then we decided to request the receptionist to let us check in 1 hour in advance and if it required we would have paid him some money. But there was a confusion once again. There were so many receptionists. One of them demanded some one and one didnt. We were a bit surprised again.Finally we checked in 1 hour advance of our check in time and disnt have to pay anything.Hotel corridors were clean. Bed sheets and toilets were clean as well. Just a little bit of dust inside the almirah.TV was not working at all. But I would not blame the hotel as we didnt complain because we didnt go to Agra to see TV! I think it could have been fixed.Room service is fine. I would not say very efficient but just okay. We were provided with a drinking glass and plate on demand.Hotel WIFI works fine too. Not very high speed but we were able to update our apps from App store in quiet short time.Next morning we were served with breakfast and it was pure vegeterian breakfast. Taste was fine. It would be appreciable if the Hotel keeps a better staff. Rest in fine. All locations are nearby. I recommend to take Ola auto as it will charge ₹29 only for locations within 4 km range. I would not recommend Ola cabs. We only lost money everytime we hired a cab instead of auto. It was unnecessary.Overall I would give 3/5.
