Panchhi petha is the best petha i had, or rather i had it all my life and just cant get bored eating it. Ensure you buy it from original stores of panchhi. In Agra you will have to search a bit to verify which one is an original on if you are new to the place. The one opposite to bhagwaan talkies can be identified easily.

It is one of the best shop of Petha, dalmoth and other products. However the owner of the shop must follow the norms of Covid-19. During my visit I have noticed that lots of people were standing in the shop without wearing of mask and there is no system for queue for customers.
