Every 3rd person is the owner/caretaker of the library. They even dont have library manners themselves24*7 vehicle sounds comes from National Highway. So how can anybody concentrate on study thereAnd secondly at the time of admission they promise you for AC facility but AC there is one AC in whole Library which runs for only few hours.I waste my one month time there and money also
